I loved this hotel for its convenient location. Great access for shopping and restaurants. Also very convenient for subway stations and JR station. Facilities were new and clean. I loved the hipster modern minimalist decor. And I loved having a large public bath. I tried to use it as much as I can and it was not crowded during weekdays. There is a small work out room that you can sign up to use by yourself. Laundry system - you put coins in to choose your program. You can wash and dry without moving clothes. There is a vending machine for soft drink and beer.

First of all I have to explain that I stayed there for 15 nights straight. I bought breakfast, but I did not realize that it was the exact same breakfast every single morning (alternating soup, and some variety for bread). I enjoyed it for a week, then I couldn't stand it any more. There is a Japanese inexpensive breakfast right next door at Nakau, and many convenience stores are available for you to pick up your own breakfast. Coffee was too weak for me. Staff are courteous and helpful, but not personal. I was there for so many days, but the staff didn't seem to remember me (except for a few of them). Also this is a self-service hotel. So don't expect too much help with your luggages.

location is great, price is good, staff friendly

the cheapest room didn’t work for us, the bed was too small and we could not sleep comfortably. In the morning there were a few things laid out in the reception and we grabbed a cofffee and fruit only to find out later that it was a buffet breakfast that we had to pay for. A pity it wasn’t clear from the beginning as it was quite expensive for only a coffe and some fruit.

Location was very convenient to Ginza’s shopping area and close to many restaurants, convenience stores, & 15 mins walking distance from Tsukiji Market! Onsen on site was 10/10, however, it is small so it could get busy. Room was manageable but still tight for two people. Friendly staff members! Overall 9/10.

Not a deal breaker but after a along day of traveling, we had to do self check in with all passports & personal information on the computer even after we gave our passports to the worker upfront. At that point, they should have just checked on us all in. Nothing special about breakfast. Only served bread, salad, fruits and yogurt everyday. I wouldn’t get breakfast again. Front lobby is a public cafe/bar so there will be people that are not staying in the hotel there but there is a separate door to the rooms accessible only with the room keys.

Amazing location! You can’t ask for more with this price, you can visit at least 3 tube stations within walking distance. Lots of famous restaurant nearby. You can walk to Tsukiji market within 15 mins. Room is not too small. The public hot spring area is amazing and good for you after busy shopping day! They allow you to store your luggage if you leave them for 1 night and come back to stay again afterwards. Very helpful service.

Self check in and check out machine do not work too well but they have staff here to help anyways!

My first stay in this hotel, a very good experience/impression about everything. First- very friendly/competent staff, speaking English, no issues whatsoever. Clean, comfortable rooms, very fresh/new, a good public bath. Close to a couple of underground stations, just 5 minutes walk to any of them, several combini shops nearby, 10-15 minutes walk to center of Ginza. A perfect hotel, highly recommended!

curtains/blinds on the window were a bit light, they don't block the light completely, thus it becomes a bit light in the morning, can't sleep long :) (but, it's not too bad)

The location was great. Easy walk to many subway stations. Also right around the corner from the main strip of Ginza and so many yummy restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, even using google translate when english wasn't strong. The rooms was cleaned pretty well. I did find a hair or two but i places that can be easily missed during cleaning so it didn't bother me too much. Appreciated that they did a room refresh every days since we had a 4 night stay.

The beds were firm like a lot of countries in Asia. Just don't expect a plush western style bed. If you go in knowing what to expect you wont be too disappointed.

Location perfect as a base to explore the wider Tokyo via the subway system and close to trains too. Nice clean area with shops, restaurants and convince stores. Room was small as expected in Tokyo but manageable, cleaned as requested and comfortable, we would stay here again. The shower was nice and hot and powerful, fridge, hairdryer and air conditioning worked well, bed hard and comfortable for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

When we first arrived (from a slightly larger room and lighter decorated interior from our stay in Osaka) we were feeling cramped in the room and felt it was not fully clean due to fingerprints on the room tablet and a few hairs (I think the room is too small to deep clean properly). However, we put the full clean sign on the next morning and have no complaints after that, clean beds and towels when requested and clean room, done well for our stay. We were comfortable with 3 cases in the room and adjusted to the size well. The location and staff and facilities made it a pleasant trip.

We liked the hotel. We recommend. The Premier room is very comfortable, there is enough space. Stylish rooms. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, shopping centers. The rooms are cleaned well. There are not many people on the streets. I really liked the Japanese sauna!!! The cosmetics were good. There is a microwave and drinks.

Breakfast is stylish, but not filling. Nearby there is a restaurant called The Kitchen, they serve good food for breakfast and lunch. The beds are really hard, but it was felt only in the first hours of the first night, then we slept well

The hotel was very clean. Comfortable. The rooms are small of course but still very good. The bed is extremely firm. You must take this into consideration. The first night I thought I could not sleep but after a day I got used to and it was very comfortable on my back. Housekeeping was very good. They leave fresh towels on your door even if you choose not to have your room cleaned. Atmosphere was very nice. The location was great. We like the little bar cafe downstairs. The stuff was mostly very good and helpful. We would probably stay again

No complaints really only one man that we had a few times at the front desk was not very nice.

Centrally located, efficient staff, excellent food/drink, well-organized and extremely clean rooms. Enjoyed the free bike rental as well! Also, they have plenty of toiletries for those who may forget things like toothbrushes. The spa/baths were lovely, although, I suggest first-timers watch a video on how traditional Japanese baths work. It can be awkward for some with no experience.

The check-in process was a little complicated for international travelers. For most, the confirmation #s we’re not sufficient for check-in and staff needed to be on hand to help with the process. This made this slightly less efficient.
