Great location. The room is not huge but has everything you need. Good restaurant with buffet kaiseki-style food. Super convenient that the hotel offers shipping your luggage to your next accommodation/airport for you. In addition to the coin laundromat, there is also proper laundry service with dry cleaning, although information about it was not so easy to find. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Various amenities such as teas and coffee, bath salts, toothbrushes and others, are provided on the lobby.

Toilet paper in the rooms is a bit too rough/cheap. Dubious set-up of the sink, which is embedded into the table in the room, so the water is a bit too close to the sockets. The bed is not 100% comfy, probably because the pillows are too stiff and small. Also, a big disappointment is that the windows don’t open at all so you can’t let any fresh air in.

Great location. Decent bathtub. Comfy bed. Clean room. Very nice bathrobe and slipper. Fast cellphone charger.

Checkout time is 10 am. Room was small compared to price and picture. And they say customers cannot get an extra key card if locked out, and they will not look for your possessions once you check out of the room.

1) Breakfast - we love the Japanese buffet breakfast! It has good selection, including shabu-shabu. 2) Convenient Location - it is about 10mins walk to the Ginza station, 10mins walk to Tsukiji Market and about 2mins walk to Uniqlo Ginza. There are a lot of restaurants and bar options around the area too. 7/11 is in the same block of building as the hotel. When checking out, we got ourselves a taxi to Tokyo Station - a mere 6mins drive away - to take the Narita Express. 3) Room - it is, as expected, small, however, the furnishing is thoughtful. It’s a bit difficult to describe but the way the toilet door swings open to lock itself onto the “main room”, therefore giving more space to the toilet, impressed us! We also got freebies (which include free face masks) for opting not to have our room cleaned. The pajamas are so comfortable to wear too! 4) Elevator - not sure why this wasn’t more widely available at other hotels, but when you tap your room key card in the elevator, it instantly detects your room floor, so you don’t have to tap and then select the floor. A minor convenience improvement but perhaps under appreciated!

Nothing.

I picked this Hotel for our two week stay in Tokyo because of the design of the room and the facilities - and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are so well designed, and it has lots of space! You just have to think a little bit out of the box. We had the 17qm² room with a double bed. Also the location is prime. The breakfast we had twice (the November and the December Menu) and we loved it! For an everyday breakfast it would have been to much for us, but I woulkd highly suggest to have breakfast or lunch at least once there and then make a reservation in advance!

Yes, the Elevator can be really annoying. Just get out at the second floor and take the stairs to save a bit of time.

This hotel was brilliant - the staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and the facilities were the best we have had. Pyjamas, bath and shower stuff, laundry machine etc. Would highly recommend the breakfast too! We loved our stay in Ginza which was a little bit quieter than other areas of Tokyo which was perfect for us.

Location is a bit further from the main spots but train links are good. Room was a bit of a squeeze but that I think it standard in Tokyo. Would have been good to have a few more hanging storage

Friendly staff, complimentary amenities and very clean rooms, the room also felt very comfortable the perfect place to chill out after a day of site seeing! The location is great for onward travel in Tokyo being near 3 different Subway Stations (Ginza, Ginza Higashi and Shimbashi) and the hotel is also within walking distance from Tokyo station and the famous Tsukiji market. The hotel is also right above a 7/11 which is very handy and also close by to some restaurants and bars!

Size of the room is small (which is normal for Japan so not an issue, just something to keep in mind) so we had to get a bit creative with storing our luggage (our big case had to go in the rest room)! And whilst the location was good for onward travel the area didn't offer too much to do for us personally however I think for families or those interested in the shops of Ginza its perfect!

My trip was about 2 weeks and I wanted a nicer place to come back to and rest after long days of traveling. I know most people would save on this area of their travel budget by booking a cheaper hotel at a capsule hotel or a business hotel, but If you can, I'd say go for a nicer hotel like Musse Ginza Meitetsu. It'll be your home for the next few days/weeks and definitely helps with just unwinding at the end of the day. The room I book had plenty of space. I bought an extra suitcase for gifts/souvenirs and I still had enough space to walk whereas a business hotel you wouldn't be able to do that. One of the main reasons I picked the hotel was the bathroom. The bathroom that I got had a sperate shower area from the bathtub. The bathtub was quite spacious compared to other hotels and I didn't feel cramped. The bathroom reminded me of Japanese homes you can book at an Airbnb. Also, they always gave clean towels everyday even when not necessary. The hotel was about a 5minute walk to 2 near by stations. If you are traveling to the common tourist destinations, you likely just need to take one line (Ginza, Marunouchi or Hibiya line) or at most one transfer..

I might have missed it, but I would have liked to have a place to do my laundry. A pamphlet in the room showed that they have a laundry service for a fee, but I would have liked a laundry room where I can wash my own clothes. I saw a sign on the 2nd floor for laundry, but I didn't see the room. It's not a big deal if you're planning a short stay or in my case, just bought new outfits for a couple of days. The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor (receptionist floor) every time I up to or from my room to the 1st floor.

Spent some nights in Nov 23, double superior, 23 square metres room on highest floor with full glas wall for the view:. Did not have breakfest, so can not say anything about that Beds were super big and super comfy, I have the tendency to develop some back pain after some nights in hotel room beds but nothing here, this was all great High ceiling, nice view and a bit premium look adds to the atmosphere Super clean, everything looked new Staff was helpful and spoke extremly good English (most of them), something which is not common as I experienced on my trip 7-11 mini mart is just next door Neighbourhood is Ginza, so posh and shiny, so restaurants are a bit of on the more expensive side, but not overly bad Subway connections are OK; several lines 500 -600 metres away

A bit pricey. Obviously I chose the more luxurious room, so I must take that into consideration, but still found it too steep Everywhere are signs what you have to pay if you do this or that, like losing your key cards (never seen any hotel anywhere charging for that), check out too late etc etc. They might just want to be precise and clear but that is too much in your face for my taste

Friendly and accomodating staff, nice little amenities (like free face masks or soaks for the bath), posh vibe. Excellent location, close to several train stations. Can get just about anywhere you need to go.

Room was super small, even compared to others in Japan. Made the most of the space, though. We noticed four young adults checking into the room across the way from us who were panicked when they saw the size, so keep in mind when booking. Really only appropriate for two people max, and those people should be pretty intimately aquainted.
