It’s literally in terminal 3 - you cannot get any closer to being in the airport. We had a 1 min walk to our check in desk. You can use a trolley for all your luggage right to your room door and they’re left by the lifts so you can use them in the morning in the airport. Staff were friendly and check in / check out quick. Bed was comfy and minimal noise from the airport. Room was also larger than average so plenty of room for suitcases.

Breakfast was included and is ok, not a huge range of stuff but enough for a quick bite to eat before leaving.

Location for night time arrival to Tokyo it was very convenient and rest well before hit the road on next day journey

It was a bit hard to find the location from arrival terminal, I think you could have more signs for the directions

Very close to the airport terminal 3 . You can walk to the luggage service and check-in as well as security check. Very nice rooms, very comfortable.

The staff didn’t speak English very well at the reception. That was inconvenient.

Obviously location - the only and the best location if you fly out internationally. On top, the staff were polite, has necessary facilities including washing machines, vendor machines, self-check out system which allows you to check out almost instantly. It is so convenient to stay a night before departure. There is a nice restaurant just outside of the hotel.

The only thing that I can think of, is that no convenient store inside or within the hotel. Wish we had!

The location is amazing, if you're flying out of Terminal 3, as the hotel literally opens right into it. The room was comfortable, and the food in the restaurant very good. Service was polite and efficient.

Only one complaint, really. I'm not a big fan of the divider wall between the bedroom and toilet/bathroom being transparent. Mine was a single room, so there was no one else to see me going about my business, but if it's the same in the doubles, I for one would feel quite uncomfortable about it. Even as it was, sitting on the toilet facing the door of the room (and the corridor beyond), with only transparent Perspex between you, is not as desirable in reality as it no doubt looked on the architect's drawing board.

Immaculately clean and actually in Terminal 3 at Haneda on the departures level. Location is key with an early morning check in. You could see sunset over Mt Fuji from the bar which also served us a decent reasonably priced meal. We heard no aircraft noise. We enjoyed exploring the airport facilities after check in. Beds were comfy. Shower and bathroom also very good. Everything was shiny and clean.

Nothing. I felt sad that no one would stay there for a week given it’s location in the airport terminal. So the staff must have to deal with one nighters all the time and remote check outs.

The plus point, and it’s a big plus, is that the hotel is inside terminal 3 right next to the checkin desks. To find the hotel go to departures and look for checkin area N, the hotel is right next to it. In the lobby of the hotel are automated machines to checkin. Fortunately there was a member of staff to help us through the process which involved inputting various details, scanning passports, payment either by card or cash and issuing room keys. I guess we could have found our way through it unaided …eventually Once that was done the rest was easy. Our 6th floor room had everything we needed and whilst not exactly palatial had more than enough space. It was clean, comfortable and was the only hotel of our stay that offered BBC and CNN news channels on the TV. Wifi worked well. Our flight home was scheduled for 0945 so we had not booked breakfast, thinking we would get a snack in the terminal. In the event the flight was delayed until 1215 so we were able to enjoy the hotels excellent breakfast buffet before strolling a few yards from the hotel to the airline checkin desk. For a morning flight this seems the obvious place to stay. We had traveled up from Hiroshima arriving around 2100, but one could equally well spend the day and evening in Tokyo before heading for the hotel. Highly recommended

Automated checkin would have been difficult without help from staff.

Room was clean and bed was quite comfortable... an unexpected surprise for an airport hotel. Location is perfect for late arrival/early departure. The self-check-in/check-out kiosk is a nice feature although it took sometime initially for us to figure it out with the staff's help. A big plus point is the possibility of seeing the unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji on a clear day right at the windows after the entrance to the hotel.

Need a bit more signages especially right after arrival exit door to direct customers to the direction of the hotel. Took us a while to figure out and we had to ask the airport information counter for help in the end.

The hotel is virtually inside the airport, so the location was super convenient for an early morning flight or late arrival. Given the location, it is extrement good value. The hotel is vey new and facilities were top notch. It was easy to wander into the airport for food if that's what's desired, although we chose to eat in the hotel restaurant since it was less crowded. The food and service were great, and not overly expensive.

Staff were very efficient and professional and everything went smoothly. Check in and Check out were automated with staff on hand to assist with the machines. So the staff interaction was very functional, never rude, but just functional rather than friendly. This is not necessarily a bad thing, and for an airport hotel functionality is more important than friendliness.

This is a very convenient hotel when you have an early filght to catch as the entrance opens in the Terminal 3 of the airport. The rooms are small but very well arranged with a spacious bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. From the terminal 3 you can get to a shopping area with lots of giftshop (ghibli,...) and restaurants. And even the area has some interesting spots (like Anamori Inari Shrine or Haneda Shrine) you can visit

It is minor, but the room was quite dark, as there is no window except in the bathroom. On the other hand, it really gives an impression of isolation that is quite relaxing
