The hotel is located at T3 (International terminal), a short walk to/from the departure and arrival gates. The rooms we stayed in were well equipped with a kettle and bar fridge and spacious enough for what we needed, with a separate bath and shower. Traveling with young children, including one under 1yr old we needed the use of a microwave for bottle sterilizing. Whilst there was no microwave in the room, there is one centrally located on every floor, near the lifts and vending machines. The hotel has coin laundry facilities as well, with washer/dryers which were another great benefit for us. The hotel offers late check out (2pm, instead of 11am) for an additional fee. There is a buffet restaurant connected to the hotel, which offers all day dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for an additional cost. There is a Lawson store located at the entry to the hotel, which is open 24hrs and there is also a number of restaurants and food outlets surrounding the hotel as well, which provides plenty of options for meals, if you don’t want to eat at the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel has a spa (onsen) located on level 12 and a well equipped gym/fitness centre on level 6. We stayed at the hotel a couple of times during our traveling around Japan and found the service always on point and our stay comfortable. The hotel pricing tends to be cheaper online via third party booking platforms, so it’s worth shopping around - including checking the hotel’s website for any promotions. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel, and would stay again in the future.
Latest check-out option (at an additional charge) is 2pm. Any later time and you have to pay for an extra nights’ stay. Given the location of the hotel at T3, it would good if they offered a day room rate to accommodate guests who have late night departing flights.

Amazing location - few minutes walk via indoor corridor to Haneda Airport Terminal 3. Rooms are well-equiped, with new and modern design and are spotless clean. This hotel is a perfect option if you have early morning flight from Haneda airport. Seamless and quick check-in and check-out via automated kiosks with enough hotel staff present to offer help with this process.
We did not like that there is an extra charge for using their onsen facilities, which we have not encountered before in Japan. It would be fair to advertise this clearly in the hotel description as we though it will be free of charge (and heard other guests complaining about this as well).

We booked this as we had an early morning departure from Haneda terminal 2. The hotel is located in terminal 3, but it didn't take too long to get between terminals and the terminal 2 hotels were full when we booked. So we booked for practical reasons but the onsen style spa centre on the top floor of the hotel meant we ended up having an unexpectedly delightful time. We knew there was a spa but it was far bigger and better than we expected. As we had been given free spa vouchers when we checked in, our whole family put on the special robes provided in the room and took the lift up to the top floor. The boys went into one door and the girls in to another. The nudity was a bit confronting for some members of the family but you soon get used to it. You have to wash before getting into the baths which is nice to know given the heat. Going to the spa baths located outside and watching the Tokyo night sky from a steaming hot bath was a special treat. Inside there is a steam room and jacuzzi as well as multiple different temperature baths. We boys finished our spa before the girls, so we went into the 24-hour restaurant that is part of the spa complex and had some food (and a cold beer for me) while we waited for the girls to come out. Everyone had a good time which was so much the better for the fact we didn't have very high expectations for 'an airport hotel'.
Check-in uses self-service machines. We found this at several places in Japan, including the baggage checkin at the airport. More often than not we encountered some kind of issue with the machine that then had to be fixed by a staff member. This hotel check-in was no different, a big grand hall with a row of self-checkin machines. The machine didn't work properly and had to be fixed by a member of staff. They were very friendly and they eventually got the job done, but leaves you feeling that a more traditional check-in would be more welcoming and quicker.

Convenient location. While the hotel is in T3 of Haneda Airport, there is free shuttle bus to T1 and 2, which is very convenient for taking early flight. Downstairs, there is a shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants, including a convenient store. There is also a 24-hour rooftop spa, disappointedly, you have to pay even if you are hotel guests.
Have to pay separately for spa bath

Very clean, lots of places to get food, proximity to the airport terminal makes it perfect for a layover when you want to break up long haul flight to Escape and plenty of luggage trolleys in the hotel foyer for people to use.
Vending machines did not take international credit cards for some reason.

Great onsen, that was very welcoming and good experience. Rooms were small, but had everything you need. Great location next to airport.....
Very strict about checking on and out times. For a price this be amended, but even of room was ready they would make you wait 30 minutes for check in time

excellent hot spring
a bit expensive, don’t book the room with hot spring ticket via booking.com, it would be much cheaper buy the hot spring ticket at spot

Breakfast is wooow, the best breakfast, lots of choices. The entire hotel is very clean, comfy & my request to have the highest flr with view was granted, when i open the window curtain, i am on the room that u can see the entire Haneda airport left to right❤️🇯🇵, bathtub is Big & deep to relax, they provided a pajamas as well for a comfy sleep. The best for smokers like me... they have a special Smoking room right just in the Lobby area. Amenities like coffee, tea, comb, body scrab, etc..are take as many as u needed from the lobby bec. in room have Shampoo, body soap & conditioner only, d rest is.. if u need any u have to take it from d lobby area.
Only 1 i did not like is that this business is right in an airport were foreigners r everywhere.. they should have hire or train more staff that can speak universal English language atleast. Or else its really funny that guests should have learn sign language to ask something from the staff or front desk staff🤪🤪😂🤣

Location was perfect for me, as I arrived at Haneda Airport at 1am and needed a place to spend the night. The staff were extremely helpful with the check in & check out process, and explained everything that I needed to know about the hotel, the room, how to use the elevators, etc. The room was very unique and beautiful, blending the typical Western-style business hotel design with traditional Japanese furnishings (e.g., 'chabudai' / traditional short legged Japanese dining table, shoji screens, etc.) There is also a Lawsons convenience store right next to the hotel entrance within the airport, which is super convenient for those late-night cravings. I also ended up adding the onset ticket to my booking which was 100% WORTH IT, highly recommend (it's open 24 hours)! Overall, it was a great experience!
Nothing at all.

The hotel location is perfect if your flight departs the following morning. Literally a 200 meter walk to terminal 3 baggage check-in. The hotel onsen was quite luxurious and a very relaxing experience. It is exactly what one needs before an early flight the following day. The onsen seriously helped the transition from a beautiful and long holiday trip in Japan towards normal everyday life in my country of origin. The hotel room was very clean, quite spacious and modern, which gave it a luxurious feel. The same was true for the common areas in the hotel. All airport restaurants and tax free shops are right outside the hotel as well as a well-equipped 24/7 Lawson-convenience store. There really isnt anything to dislike about the hotel.
