Nice, clean new hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Onsite onsen with massage facilities and small restaurant were nice also.

Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom and no simple breakfast. You have to either pay for an expensive full breakfast or a buffet. No option to just get toast and coffee or anything simple like that. Nothing is open early in the adjacent shops and restaurant area before 10 or 11 am and breakfast is not served that late anyway.

Location - exceptional if you come in by T3 (sorry ANA flying folks need to hop onto the shuttle bus but it isn’t half bad if not for the accompanying luggage). Luxurious spacious room with a view of Fuji on a clear day - better layout compared to Villa which feels narrower. Quiet Ambience - tucked away from the mainstream Villa Fontaine check-in. Personalized service - always easier to navigate check in traumas with the human touch compared to the auto check in kiosk at the mainstream Villa. Access to airport onsen - always welcomed for the work weary traveler looking for a respite in a hot soak.

Food - The flounder fish on one of the Japanese breakfast day taste suspect and led to a bad case of gastroenteritis but we didn’t find fault with the hotel, nothing we could do except to ride out the storm. Not a fair reflection of the overall service but a tale of caution for those on the roads. The American breakfast was fine though and offered a redemption for the subsequent sensitive stomach day.

The location in conjunction to the airport/airport garden was amazingly convenient. Our stay included access to the onsen and breakfast at the connected restaurant on the 4F. The room had a fridge with complimentary drinks and a keurig with coffee pods/etc to make coffee. The room provided toiletries, a weight scale, a hair dryer, iron and an ironing board. There was even a charging cord with multiple inserts for every phone/device available for use. The tv could be connected to your Netflix/hulu and when the tv turned off it deleted the information so no worry of your account staying. The TV had an option to watch the progress of your laundry machines, they are available for use at an extra cost. The river view was beautiful. We spent quite a bit of time watching the fish hop out of water, the subtle waves, the boats and looking at the view of Mt. Fuji. The staff were very attentive and kind! They definitely provided a welcoming environment and attributed greatly to such an amazing stay. It was truly a glamorous experience!

Nothing, the entire stay exceeded my expectations.

Good breakfast, I enjoyed every morning. It is not the reachest choice i have ever seen, but it was definetly a good breakfast. Spa with onsen it is one of the key benefits of the hotel - 24h without extra charge. Nice bar, nice room, with shower cabin and bath. I have stayed in many hotels in Tokyo. My final opinion: I would repeat my stay in this hotel with pleasure.

Rapid laundary and ironing service in such a big hotel was missing for me. Laundary service was provided, but if you arrive sunday, and you have meetings on monday you can't rely on their service as it will take time.

The room was clean and the layout was very nice. There is actually a work space/desk, which is lacking at many hotels nowadays, although the TV is basically on the desk. Everything provided in the refrigerator upon arrival was considered to be a welcome drink which meant there was no charge to consume anything. The somewhat separate bath, shower, and toilet spaces was nice, though this us common in Japan and in many hotels the toilet is by itself in a totally separate space. The level of service in this particular side of the property (there is a "premier" side and a "grand" side; this was the premier side) was excellent. The property also has a 24 hour onsen with a 24 hour restaurant. Very convenient to use upon arrival or before departure, though it can get crowded and the water could be hotter.

Some of the switches for lighting, etc were poorly designed it chosen. They appeared to have tried to repair them or get them to last a bit longer, but they definitely were not meant for hotel usage. The hotel was less than a year and a half old and this shouldn't have been a problem. There was no area to unpack and pack luggage unless you used the sofa/seating area or the beds. This wasn't due to the size of the room, but more to the way space for this particular task was allocated.

The Property is impeccable and must be one of the best Airport Hotels! One however has to make sure to book the Villa Fontaine Premier, as the Villa Fontaine Grand, was full of families with Kids running all over the Place. Suffering from Jet lag, I decided at 4.00am to visit the Spa, which is amazing! Herbal Steam, Sauna, Onsen and a great Gym! After two hours I decided to try to have some rest. I did. The Room is quite spacious and very comfortable with no outside noise.

Half day charge is 50% of your Room charge! The Hotel was not full, so feel that this charge could have been more moderate! Spent the previous night at the Hilton Hotel in Frankfurt, which has a fixed reasonable rate for a half day stay extension!

We were able to get a very last-minute reservation here as our flight home was cancelled. So we only had a short overnight stay here, but it exceeded our expectations, especially as an airport hotel! Very modern, comfortable and clean, lots of amenities and facilities, there is a 24-hour spa that we weren’t able to use but we were given free passes to it. Also lots of food options downstairs, although we wished the room service menu had more simple options on it. It was extremely convenient for us to catch our flight the next morning as we didn’t even need to leave the building.

We were hoping to just order room service but the menu was expensive and had nothing simple for kids on it so we had to go downstairs to the food area for dinner. Not much of a problem but we were very tired!

There are two Villa Fontaine Hotels in Haneda airport, the premier is the expensive one. When I first looked at it, I thought it was too expensive compared to other hotels around Haneda. However, I found it is worthy after staying there for one night. The hotel is located right behind the grand hotel and the hospitality is way better than the grand. The room is larger than the grand and with better design. Of course, with a better view. The room includes a free ticket to the Onsen, which I will high recommend you to try it once. However, do not forget to bring a card as looks like they do not accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can choose the plan with dinner and breakfast. However, dinner was not as good as expected. I personally will only recommend breakfast. It is better to try to various collection in the airport garden.

Location was ideal. Walking to the departure hall only took about 5 mins. Perfect for early flights. We also had dinner at Haneda Garden, which offers a wide variety. Proximity to all those duty free shops, also allowed for last minute shopping. Hotel is also very responsive to queries I posted on booking.com chat and deliver their promises. The minibar full of welcome drinks to pick from was also great.

They did not have interconnecting rooms or family rooms. However, the hotel did place us in 2 rooms side by side. The soundproofing wasn't the greatest and if you happen to be staying next to a family with young children running up and down the corridor, you will hear the energy of the children.

All of the rooms face the river, it was nice and quiet. The free minibar was a treat. The onsen was a bit complicated, but complimentary during out stay and fantastic - different pools - soda, cold plunge, sauna, herbal steam room, onsen inside and outside. The airport terminal 2 is a short easy indoor walk, about 8 minutes room to check in. The train to the city (35 min to Ginza) is right there was well. There's a tasty Japanese BBQ restaurant in the mall area just outside of the hotel. Onsen procedures- take your shoes off and put them in a locker, take the key from the locker and check in. Onsen, steam room, sauna, towels are included if staying at Premier (not grand). When leaving go the machines on the left and scan your locker key, there will be no cost but you'll get a ticket that scans to let you out.
