Room is spacious. 45sqm is far enough for two people. Room is very clean and well maintained. It's next to the royal palace, there is a park and garden next to it within walking distance. Subway is right under the property that can bring you to the shopping area. Swimming pool is well organized to make sure each time zone limited people is using it to prevent from spreading of covid-19 I was very surprised and happy when my lost earring was found by a cleaning maid in my room. It's a tiny stuff, so I didn't expect it could be found in any circumstance.

Swimming time zone is only 45min. including shower time, a bit tight. So I had to take a shower in my own room. not really a problem but just a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful Palace, rooms are very comfortable with beautiful view on Imperial palace gardens. Very well located, nearby several subway stations enabling to visit easily main Tokyo key spots. Personnel is extremly helpful and welcoming. Cocktails are amazing ! Breakfast buffet offers a variety of excellent food - the best we had by far during our trip toJapan. Very nice fitness + swimming pool with a view over Ginza - a unique experience in itself !

Very disapointed by the Japanese restaurant Wadaqura -very expensive and the food was below average (we had the chance to eat amazing food during our trip in Japan, in expensive restaurants as well as street food).

Really great and open view from the balcony. The Palace is one of the very few 5 star hotels in Tokyo that features balconies. Staff are helpful without being intrusive. There are also a few really good restaurants - a variety of Japanese foods such as Tempura, Teppanyaki, Kaiseki and Sushi are available. There is also a French and a Chinese restaurant which offer good views and good food. Really enjoyed their club lounge afternoon tea.

We stayed on the Club level in a room with twin beds with balcony looking out to Wadakura park. The room was comfortable for two people. The view from the balcony was very nice. My previous stay had a bigger balcony than this time around with the same type of room. The staff were friendly and excellent in accommodating to my requests.

If there were one more chair in the room, it would have been more comfortable for in-room dining. There was a chaise lounge sofa, but it was not comfortable for sitting for eating. Due to covid, there was no breakfast service in the club lounge when we stayed. The other thing was the amenities in the bathroom area - my friend got a rash with their body shampoo. If you have sensitive skin, be aware. Overall, it was wonderful stay, but because of covid, the guests don't have complete access/benefits out of the Club Lounge at this time. I was looking forward to the breakfast out on the beautiful terrace, but not able to do that at this time.

Love the balcony! This is one of maybe just 2 or 3 five star hotels in Tokyo with balconies and these are a very good size. The view from the balcony is great and very relaxing. Restaurants are as great as the last time I stayed here before Covid. Staff members very polite and helpful.

The blow drier is too heavy and the stop button malfunctioned. Curtains button malfunctioned. Hopefully, housekeeping can keep an eye on all electronics in the room.

Great staff, Evian Spa excellent with great therapists who really care about your health. The manageress / supervisor at reception is very helpful. In-room dining breakfast absolutely fabulous - new style of presenting an American breakfast. The presentation is beautiful - did not expect that at all.

The location is excellent. Apart from being convenient to visit a lot of places in Tokyo, it’s a great experience to jog around the imperial palace, which is just next to the hotel.

During our visit, 4 of us in our family have chosen to stay at 2 deluxe king rooms, which would be perfect if they could be interconnecting. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have interconnecting rooms.

Gorgeous hotel with a wonderful scene and location. Would recommend for special occasions, and highly recommend enjoying the hotels resturant downstairs, some amazing food and coffee. The Hotel also provided amazing room service in case of special occasions, and spectacular in-room dining.

Really nice location, right in front of the Imperial Palace and 10 min walk from Ginza. The staff is super attentive, the rooms have great views and breakfast is excellent. They always go the extra step trying to help.

With new rules access to the pool is limited to 45 minutes, even if it’s empty. A pity, I hope they relax this rules soon.

Staff are impeccable (even by Japanese standards), location is phenomenal (perfect for a morning run around the palace), room is lovely, view is unparalleled (get a room with a balcony), we’ve stayed here several times now and always love it, the tempura restaurant is very good too.
