Great small hotel, basic facilities done very well. Rooms are small but well equipped, it has a decent room service, great breakfast and you can use the facilities at the hotel next door. Very quiet location.

We were given smoking rooms initially, despite me stating specifically that this wouldn't be acceptable. This was rectified immediately though with no issues

Good location for all the facilities of Yas Island. Supermarket within walking distance and sports bar in the main Rotana hotel. Room was modern and aircon worked well. Standard size for a chain hotel. Nice pool and gym facilities. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.

TV didn't work, engineers spent 40 mind trying to get it working, at which point we asked them to leave as we wanted to get some sleep. We had a really late flight, 2am. They sorted our luggage but didn't offer any option for late checkout etc. We sat in reception and got told off when we fell asleep. When we used the free beach pass it says free towels but arriving at Yas Beach we were told the hotel needs to provide them, so ended up having to pay for towels. The free shuttle is unreliable and there a large queues for a small mini bus. Breakfast is awful, very bland and tasteless.

Good hotel. Central location. This is my second stay here. Rooms are large. I think it's the best value place to stay on Yas Island.

Let down by one small detail: when I checked in, I was told that breakfast was not part of my package and I would have to pay more for breakfast. I later checked my booking and realised it was included and raised this with the staff who said 'there had been an error'. Resulted in me not having breakfast for the first three days of my booking. Make sure you check your booking and are forceful at check-in.

Friendly and very informative staff especially during check in by ‘Asif’. Hotel location and room were good with all essentials available. I would definitely stay there on my next visit to Abu Dhabi.

Breakfast could be improved, the coffee machines during breakfast on the first day were not working and although I told one of the team, nothing was done - might be because it was very busy. But unfortunately, I had to go to the mall to have my morning coffee. Also, no non-dairy milk was available (soya - oat milk), it would be best to offer an option for people who don’t drink regular milk.

A great location hotel, a wonderful staff they were helpful and always smiling and when we call the room service they always came immediately everytime The pool was nice and suitable for kids and adults We really really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend it for others

The pillows were too soft for me but ok for my wife The breakfast would be better with more variety or differences from day to day (it's ok if you will stay for 2 days but I mean if you will stay for 5 days like us)

We were staying for the UFC and booked this purposely for the location and this was perfect, less than 10 minutes walk to Etihad arena and also a 10 minute walk from yas beach (make sure to make use of the complimentary pass for the beach from reception). Rooms were spacious and really comfortable, the beds were amazing!! Breakfast had such a wide variety, I would recommend adding this to your stay.

Not much to grumble about here, just little things like only proving 3 pillows for 2 people (not sure how anyone can sleep with just 1). Each morning we were asked to show our booking.com confirmation to show breakfast was included, the hotel should really update their systems after confirming the first time, this was a little annoying.

The number of children’s activities. Staff were very good - Alex was a very helpful. Separate adult and children’s area.

Queuing for 40 minutes to check in. Queuing and waiting 15 minutes for drinks at the bar Not being able to make a reservation at the only a la cart restaurant despite following the hotel guidance and speaking to staff. Stating on your website that you have several restaurants on site but not telling non inclusive guests that they will not be able to book any of them when the hotel is busy. Drinks are very expensive.

It’s very near to Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld and Warner Bros. Some rooms even have a view of these. I got the pool view one which was cool! The staff was very accommodating and helpful as we requested for a bit early check in and that too during holidays. Breakfast included a range of items with a live omelette station. Room was spacious enough for two people with a mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, locker, hair dryer, tea/coffee making supplies, electric kettle.

If you have a car, you’ll have to give it for valet parking which is a bit annoying as there were instances that we had to wait for long to get our car. They won’t let you get your car yourself; only their staff is allowed to go and drive it out to you. If they’re all busy, be prepared to wait.

I had a fantastic stay, despite being a budget hotel, it exceeded all my expectations. The trip was a surprise for my wife's birthday and the hotel made the surprise perfect for us. No complaints whatsoever for anything at all. Just perfect.

Only issue we faced, which was such a small thing, the TV bracket didn't turn as it was stuck. The maintenance guy even came to help but was scared to break the TV and I was impressed with the honesty.

The staff really were amazing, all of them are looking for the happiness of the guests I need to express my deepest thanks to Mr. Mirza and Mr. Mohammad from the front desk for their help and cooperation to make our stay comfortable and great.
