Fantastic staff and atmosphere in a great location. Decor was lovely, free tea and coffee and a good bar area in communal spaces help to make this a really friendly and welcoming hotel. Breakfast was good with a large choice of hot and cold foods, pastries, fruit and yoghurts etc.

We found the bed a little soft and the room a bit small but the bathroom was great. We had a 4th floor inner courtyard room which at times felt like bit of a goldfish bowl. All of that said overall this was a lovely friendly place to stay.

The hotel is lovely. We had a warm welcome at check in. I had forgotten my guide book, however that didn't matter as Peter on reception told us everything we needed to know for our short break. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Perfect for our stay. The breakfast was lovely. All of my favourite things plus some extras I hadn't tried before - Danish breads. The hotel had some great finishing touches - a voucher to have a drink in the bar over the road if you opt to skip housekeeping of your room. Happy hour from 5pm for all guests to enjoy a complimentary drink was a lovely idea too.

Great location. Easy connection from the airport to the train station - from which was a very short walk to the hotel. Subway stop nearby and most downtown within walking distance. Great service at the front desk. Every employee we interacted with was kind. Appreciated the free wine in the afternoons. The included breakfast was also great. Safe neighborhood with lots of good dining options within 5-15 minutes walk.

The room was very small. The step in and out of the tub was extremely steep, with nothing to hold on to. I almost took a disastrous spill exiting after a shower. There was also no curtain or door on the shower. Very limited television options.

They know so much about the city and recommend places that may not even be on your list. Others at the reception were nice too. I loved my stay here.

I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like except perhaps really tiny trays next to the bed which was due to lack of space for bedside tables

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It is very close to the city center, within walking distance, and both the train station and metro are just 3 minutes away. Despite the proximity to the train station, the street is quiet and clean, and we were not disturbed at all. The hotel and the room were clean and cozy, and we especially appreciated that the room was warm, with adjustable temperature. We were there during Christmas time, so the decorations added to the festive atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and this was true for everyone we met during our stay. At the same time, they were not intrusive. The lobby is quite charming and cozy, and we spent our evenings there because it was very cold outside at that time. In the evening, they have a wine hour. Although we weren't interested in the wine, it was nice to be in the atmosphere of the lobby where everyone gathered. They offer unlimited tea and capsule coffee, as well as cookies, candies, and fruits. There is also filtered water available for guests. The breakfast, while not very varied, consisted of fresh products and baked goods, and it was quite pleasant. As for the service, on our last day, we were checking out at 5 AM, and upon our request, they prepared a breakfast box for us to take with us. They also offer a bonus if you decline room cleaning. You can choose a sweet treats package, a discount on bicycle rentals, or a voucher for a nearby bar.

The hotel is not new, but this was expected. For this reason, some of the facilities may not be brand new, but at the same time, we didn't encounter any dirt or broken items anywhere. The room size was unusually small (we had a standard room). But we expected this. Based on my research, most hotels in Denmark have small rooms, so I think this is not an issue exclusive to this hotel.

Soundproof clean room, very friendly staff, free wine in evenings, excellent location just minutes from the train station - it was very easy to walk into the centre or get public transport and public transport from the airport was easy and cheap so no need for a taxi

Limited vegan options for breakfast (even though we said in advance we would require vegan food)- they did provide vegan butter upon request though and there were plant based milks for coffee/cereal. We just had bread with jam and fruit each day, it would have been nice to have more variety since the non-vegan breakfast included cheese and hams, hot sausages and eggs, yogurts and more. The lighting in the bedroom was a bit strange - many different lamps that all have different kinds of switches.

What was not to like about this gorgeous boutique hotel. From the minute we arrived very early in the morning to when we left, we felt truly looked after. A big shout out to Mia on the reception desk who welcomed us so warmly when we arrived at 8am after a long flight from Australia. We had hoped to leave our bags so that we could go exploring however Mia immediately checked us into our room, where we were able to refresh ourselves, enjoy the wonderful breakfast and then head out. All the small touches were greatly appreciated - the all day coffee and tea station, the nightly glass of wine, the fruit bowl, the Molton Brown bath products. The hotel and staff were delightful.

I was able to check in much earlier than I was told when I booked, the hotel waa easy to find eith friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was modern and contemporary, the room was large spacious and comfortable. A self service "honesty" bar was nice to be able to come and have a drink at any point during the day or evening. The lounge area was a lovely space to relax with nice background music and board games laid out if you wanted a little light evening entertainment. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a huge amount of variety of cooked and continental items on offer. A taxi was easily arranged for me the night before I left with no fuss. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

The only slight downside not so much for my self but for others wanting to stay here is that to see alot of the main attractions of Corpnhagen or to get to main area with the bars and restaurants it can be a bit of a walk
