The hotel is very nice. Room was comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. It is located only a block away from a metro stop, so convenient for travel. There's a shopping mall next to the hotel so if you need any supplies, you can shop there. It's not in a very interesting part of town, so you do use the metro a lot.

The only downside, and it's not a major one, is that it's in a rather sterile part of town, with a shopping mall, the hotel, and offices, but no fun cafes or sights to see, and very few people actually on the streets. So we just hopped on the metro stop to go elsewhere.

New modern hotel with excellent designer rooms! I really liked the spa, there are 2 saunas, 60° with aroma and the usual 90°, there is also a steam room. I was pleased that in the building next to the hotel there is a large shopping mall. In general, an excellent hotel with a spa, in a modern area and close to the train station. I highly recommend it!

The only downside was the lack of robes and slippers in the room. You could only take them in the spa. Overall, it was a very positive impression of the hotel!

I had a very spacious room with a very nice shower - I love having a hot shower in the morning. Every story in the building has its unique color scheme - what a nice detail. The staff were very nice. If you want to discover Stuttgart from day to day, this hotel is the perfect starting spot. Not quite "in the middle" to be crowded, but still near enough to be inner city within minutes.

I didn't notice that there's a police station in front of the hotel. I usually sleep with window open (or 'auf Kipp' as we say in Germany 😄) … well, it was quite surprising to hear 3 cars with sirens in front of my window at 2 am in the morning 😄 Brilliant however: The windows, if closed, are very(!) sound proof. The Rooftop Bar isn't that big. It's not that easy to find a spot there. Quite unfortunate.

Pillows are terrible (bring your own inflatable one). Needless attempts to be hip/modern at the expense of usability, even after 2 nights we couldn't get the toilet to flush reliably with the silly light sensor strip thing in the wall, sometime it seems to respond to a wave, sometimes needs to be touched, sometimes doesn't respond at all.... It's not like there aren't well established mechanisms for flushing toilets...

Everything is super organized! the staff was amazing! Live music, great breakfast and very pleasant atmosphere in the room. We also like that the hotel is full with the young people, generations "tiktokers", at first we were sceptic, but then the people were very attentive to your needs, which is ver very cool! Thank you, Jaz in the city, we will come back and will recommend!

the parking was full, because apparently it was supposed to book it before. We left a car in the neighboring parking

We were three adults and got a huge room, with one person sleeping on a well set-up and comfortable couch. The hotel is new and modern, clean, the room had mini-fridge, kettle, coffee maker. Modern bathroom. Outdoor and indoor blinds to cover the windows. The hotel is a 5min walk away from StadtBibliotek metro station and 1 stop away from the central station Excellent rooftop terrace

Location is great. The hotel is clean with modern design. The restaurant has delicious food, although a bit expensive. Breakfast was decent.

The parking is not included in the price of the stay. You need to pay for it separately. There is a glass wall separating the sauna from the gym. Therefore whether you like it or not you will see everything.

The room was very clean am spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and big. The sauna was also cool, clean and the shower in the SPA was great. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. We got a room upgrade and we thought it was a very nice gesture.

There were not any house slippers or bathrobe in the room which you would expect, especially if the hotel has a SPA. In one evening at 20:30 there were only very small towels in the SPA and we missed some big towels or bathrobes. There was almost no soap in the room when we arrived but next day the dispenser was refilled. In the last morning the lady who wanted to clean the room came in the room without knocking or noticing the "do not disturb sign" outside the door and 1,5h before check-out time.

Music at dinnertime - reggaeton was not was I was expecting or liked, I felt like it didn't fit with anything. Hardwood floor in the room had small spots of heavy use/damage - repaired but looked a bit off; Sink could've been cleaned a bit better. Description - "city view" was a bit of a stretch since I could only see the big building across the small alley in between.
