I stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights on a solo trip to Agra. Couple of things that stood out for me: * Staff are very well trained, they made sure all guests were given individual attention and care even though they were running on full capacity * I didn't expect this but I really enjoyed the food, shout out to their chef * Rooms were comfortable, well maintained and super clean. They're also located close to the Taj which was an added perk Special mention to Azam, Pritam and the other staff I interacted with during my stay. They went out of their way to make everything seamless

This has nothing to do with the hotel but the city was very overwhelming, lots of tourist traps and people bombarding you to buy and do things so they can make a commission. I didn't know or expect this before going so I'd keep an eye out

Its an intl hotel chain, you know what to expect. And you get it Clean spacious and comfy room, bed and pillows. Abundant and varied breakfast & buffet dinner (no a la carte option) Silent rooms Nice pool (although not too big)

Nothing relevant, few details to highlight given that this is a 5 star hotel: AC in the room set at 20 degrees C : how can you get from the 30+ outside to a 20c freezing room w/o catching a cold? Few toiletries, I’d used the shower cap for instance Old and “hard” towels Snacks & chips in the mini bar would do a nice confortabile welcome

Rooms: Exceeded expectations The room was clean and much bigger than expected. The A/C was good, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure and no issues with hot water. No issues with noise or light pollution affecting my sleep. Listing Accuracy: Met expectations Everything was as expected based on the photos and listing. Hotel services: Exceeded expectations Staff were helpful and professional. I arrived early and wasn't able to check in early (not the hotel's fault; there was a wedding party), but they allowed me to check my bags so I could still go sight-seeing and all my belongings were kept safe and secure. Location: Met expectations Close to the Taj Mahal and other tourist locations.

Everything about Double Tree by Hilton Agra was excellent. The staff at the breakfast buffet and dinner were extremely accomodating and helpful especially as we were travelling with my 80 year old Mum. We decided to eat breakfast lunch and dinner in the hotel as food was just perfect for us pure vegetarians.. Our room was kept tidy at all times by the house keeping staff.

Didn’t affect my rating and experience but a small suggestion to maybe offer guest the portable heater during checkin especially during winter season. We were told by house keeping that room had cooling only and very promptly provided as with a portable heater.

On arrival, the security and reception team was great and made the check-in so fast. The fact that someone brought us until our room made the check-in great and we did not have to guess how things work. Breakfast was great,

One side I would appreciate to improve would be to have more international TV channels, If you guys have a page with the international channels, I did not have to zap between the hundreds of channels you had. That being said, I was not going to Agra to watch TV so it is just minor issue.

One of the best property in Agra. The staffs are very supportive and helpful. The hotel is very good with all amenities. We had a nice time at the swimming pool and spa. The breakfast is amazing and they even served us which was not part of their offer.

The only thing which we didn’t like is the water bottle in the room which is very difficult to open. We have already reported it to the manager as well.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenience for Taj Mahal tour. We booked private Taj Mahal tour in hotel and was pleased with their service. Front office staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the tour successfully although we arrived the hotel quite late, about 9pm. We also booked hotel car to New Delhi and their car service is ok, too.

We stayed in Hilton for 2 nights for a small gateway and a birthday celebration. Loved every moment from the time of arrival to departure. The hospitality was great, the food was awesome, Room size was big, Property was very spacious, the staff was proactive. Special Thanks to the chef at the Pan cake counter (my kids really liked the Pancake and befriended him), person at the Chai counter, person who was besides us for the Birthday celebration, Person who was taking my special breakfast order for Gobi Paratha and preparing the way I am actually fond of, actually the entire HILTON TEAM. Also they made my birthday celebration special by arranging the cake cutting besides the pool. The cake was also great. Full stars to the Hotel. Will surely recommend to anyone visiting Agra. The location is also great, everything in proximity.

Love the politeness and service of the reception staff. The rooms were very spacious. Although bath stuff (like shampoos, conditioner) was not available when we checked in, they immediately rectified it and had it stocked. The bathroom is lovely and I managed to have a nice long soak in the tub after an early morning visit to the Taj. The breakfast spread is exceptional and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Loved the puppet show in the evenings at the lobby.

Very solid set-up, professional hotel. Very friendly stuff. Small but good equipment gym, well maintained pool area, good breakfast service. After a city trip, very nice to enjoy silence and cleanliness of the hotel. Highly professional check-in. Overall very good experience - it would be a 10 if not (see below) a few things weren't perfect.

Next to our room they were renovating, we kindly informed the reception that it was really loud and they reacted very friendly and surprisingly suprised. They wanted to take care of it. Unfortunately next morning (Sunday) a hammer was the alarm clock. One other thing we didn't understand, we asked for late check out and we were thankful that we received one additional hour. The argument for not granting a later check out was, that they're fully booked. Also because of the construction side issue we checked room availability, and they had 10+ rooms available... We were thankful for the additional hour but lying 🤥 is not necessary. 10 -1 for construction side -0,5 lying =8,5 Improvement recommendation: 2 key cards, don't deactivate the key card before (regular) checkout time
