Close to Calgary Airport and had free shuttle service to Hotel. Rented a car that was at a Toyota Dealership that actually was within walking distance behind the hotel which was convenient. Although we had optimal weather in the 70 degree range with sunny skies.

When called for the shuttle service from the airport, I received a recording, so I left a message. Waited 15 minutes and called again and again left a message that we needed picked up. Then after 30 minutes of waiting I finally called and contacted the hotel desk directly and asked what was going on with the shuttle service and was informed that the phone line for the shuttle service was not working! ???? They sent someone right over but they really need to update the system to ring into the desk when it is not working instead of just leaving your hotel customers hanging!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in in years. The location was ideal based on where we intended to go in the city.

When we checked in at 5pm, we requested a crib for our infant and were told it would be sent up right away. We waited in the room for over an hour despite having plans because it was very important we had a safe place for her to sleep. We left to continue with our plans for the evening and there was no one at the front desk on our way out to check with to see what was happening. We returned to our room at 9 pm, and when we called to see what was happening with the crib, we were told there were none available and blamed for having not asked earlier. My partner explained that we had, in fact, asked 4 hours ago and were told it was coming. He was told they would look into it and we never heard back. We made due to it was not the safest sleeping arrangement for an infant.

Our shuttle driver tried and tried to call ahead to the restaurant but got stuck in an automated phone loop. Then once we got there and found they wouldn’t let us order at 1045, he found us a menu of a place that would deliver. He was fantastic! The front desk was meh. The room was clean, and the location near the airport was convenient.

Could NOT get the shuttle number to pick up - ended up having to connect the front desk. While the restaurant hours are listed as till 11pm, they won’t let you order after 1030.

After a horrible experience at the Airport during the WestJet fiasco, I was awake for over 40 hours trying to get my new flight as well as my luggage. I called very early to ask for early check-in ,after I realized WestJet had me stranded in Calgary. The Front Desk staff , for a very small $25 fee managed to get me a room very early, it was nice to finally see customer service once again, after my horrible experience I had just received. The rooms were clean , the cleaning staff was very polite, ,;the dining staff was very nice and friendly. Thanks to all who work there.

The curtains could be a little darker to keep the light out.. Other than nothing to complain about.

feels dated, rooms and decor rather dark. No USB sockets or convenient sockets. The food was well prepared but rather dull menu. Removing the inclusive breakfast buffet did not work for me. I do not want to eat a huge cooked breakfast or pay $14 or more. The oatmeal portion was enough to serve two or three so was wasted. I stayed in this hotel many times (before Covid) but there are better alternatives at similar prices.

This place is always very inviting and the staff is fairly amazing. The rooms were clean and well supplied. The lounge is pleasant to have available and for a common menu the selections were plenty

The check out agent took too long to.process the checkout and was more worried about other things over the customer. The quality of the food in the lounge was mediocre compared to previous visit and some of the items were freezer burnt. Other than that it was alright and the prices were really fair for the room and amenities.

Beautiful, spacious room, super fun water slide in pool, nice dining area and very nice staff

The only thing that could have been better would be to have more wait staff in dining room. There was only one person serving at both dinner and breakfast. We were on a time schedule in morning to catch a plane and I had to hunt for the server so we could order. Our food came very quickly once ordered though and it was all very delicious.

The bed was huge and the pillows were actually decent! My boyfriend had been awake for 24 hours traveling so we appreciated the comfort and we couldn't hear any outside noise other than a plane here and there. We ended up eating in the restaurant downstairs for dinner and breakfast the next day and both were really good.

Nothing to complain about!

Airport shuttle was convenient and prompt (arrived in less than 15 minutes from the time I called the hotel). When I called to schedule our pick up, I asked the receptionist about possibly checking in early as we had missed our morning flight and by the time we arrived to the hotel, she had arranged for our room to be ready (1030 AM)! We had a wonderful bartender/waiter at the hotel restaurant that evening. Even though he was holding down the fort by himself, he handled it well and was friendly and accommodating throughout. Lastly, when I forgot my purse in the airport shuttle on departure, the hotel contacted me and arranged to have my belongings mailed to me. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay (despite the unfortunate circumstance of not making our morning flight due to Covid requirements unbeknownst to us…). Thank you for your hospitality!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at your hotel during the period of Covid-19 - we were very happy with your "prevention measures" and felt very safe. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the room is always clean and comfortable. Although we were not able to use most of the facilities this trip - the pool area and fitness room was very clean during our last trip. This time, we did have an opportunity to enjoy the Lounge. It was extremely convenient as there was no need to go "off site" or have anyone come up to our room for drinks and appetizers.
