I booked at this hotel for the location and the fact it had a pool and complementary breakfast. The pool and hot tub were ok and a welcome soak after travelling all day. Woke up in the morning to find a fabulous breakfast of sausage, eggs, French toast, fruits, yogurts, cereals , and beverages. I found out they rotate their offerings daily. My room was comfy. Bed and pillows were superb.

Didn’t realize there are separate buildings. Glad I was staying in the building with breakfast and the pool. The elevator was out of order when i checked in but was working the next day.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the rooms during our stay! Many other hotels have stopped doing that. They advertised a pool and a hot tub, which were open and in great shape. Lots of other hotels are advertising pools, except they are not working when you arrive. Great location off of the highway. Great breakfast selection!

The breakfast is wonderful, but I'm glad that it wasn't raining during our stay. I don't think I would have liked to walk across the parking lot in the rain to go to breakfast.

We have stayed at this location when we visit for the last 30 years. Our room is always clean and comfortable. The decor in the refurbished room was very nice this visit. The breakfast was very good and much better than most places we have stayed. The staff was lovely and we felt well looked after. The location is great as it is close to my parents.

The only thing I would say is that the staff would speak another language in front customers. Although the staff was great in every other way, this left me feeling uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable with a fairly firm feel and enough pillows to satisfy any sleeper. The room was large and the bathroom was especially large and spacious for a hotel. The card access worked flawlessly to both the room and the additional entrances on the first floor.

My room was across from the ice machine which created disruptions through the late night and early morning. The Wifi was not particularly fast and created many delays for live streaming. The "free" breakfast that I paid for did not occur. I had to pay full price at the designated restaurant across the parking lot.

So happy we were staying there for 3 nights . Management and front desk were absolutely amazing. we liked everything - room - it was clean and tidy- thanks to housekeeping . Everything worked . Breakfast was a real gem. There were fresh fruits , eggs, sausages , ham (just on different days ) waffles or cin toasts - thank you again breakfast team. We asked for a quiet room and we had such a wonderful sleep. Beds were comfortable and pillows as well. we will definitely come back :)

Jets in hot tub could work a bit better but we were told they are working on it . They have two pools.

It was clean, there was breakfast included, more amenities we didn't get around to using. Loved the little ice box in the mini fridge, not enough hotels have that! The room was very spacious.

The bed was extremely hard, but that's okay. Can't choose a hotel bed. Pluggins for a computer were hard to find as the ones in the lamp were not strong enough to charge a laptop.

The manager supported me when the booking.com employee and supervisor refused to give me a refund. They also told a name of a supervisor at the hotel who confirmed they would not give me a refund. When I called the manager directly she informed me this was false.

The service all around, I will next time book directly with the hotel NOT via booking.com.

Clean and well maintained hotel with good amenities. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast had good choices. Fitness room is small but has necessary gym equipment. The hotel is quiet and located in an easily accessible location. Room was spacious with comfortable beds.

Check out staff was rude, but the check in staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for one night on route home after finishing a cruise. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. . I particularly liked the lino floors. Much cleaner then carpets. The breakfast was very good with the usual choices- fruit, eggs, bacon, cereal etc. Check in went smoothly and the check in staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable- lucky for BW Plus that the bed wouldn't fit in my suitcase or I might have taken it home LOL.

This was a clean and quiet place to stay, and the staff were all positive and efficient. My thanks to all of them for providing a comfortable place to stay while in the Abbotsford area. There is one thing that needs improving, in my opinion. The coffee at breakfast was among the worst I have tasted in several years. When one is travelling, one really looks forward to a good cup - not necessarily Starbucks quality - in the morning. Can you find a better way to provide a fresh cup of good coffee for your guests?
