The suite was perfect for our needs. The staff were very good. Especially the young man who checked us in. We asked for extra towels and they arrived at our door in minutes.

The noise from the a/c and especially the highway. Abbotsford sounded like NYC in the middle of the night with traffic and sirens etc. We will ask for a better location in the building next stay.

Everything was so perfect. Rooms were clean and so spacious i liked it. Staff was nice too and the waiting area at entrance was so maintained the only problem was wifi. Really need to work on your wifi otherwise you guys are fab😊

Nicely appointed rooms, super comfortable beds but small rooms.

Location was difficult to navigate and wasn't that close to airport. Our room was placed besides elevator and was noisy with trade people from early mornings. However we were given a breakfast voucher for denny's in lieu of a bad night sleep which made the high cost a little more worth it.

would like to see a breakfast discount certificate from the dennys restaurant, being a pet friendly hotel they couldnt provide a doggy poop bag, maybe a water dish in the room, we used the ice bucket and placed in the shower

My room was quiet and clean. Everything was perfect.

There is only one driveway to enter the parking lot to the Sandman Hotel. When you leave the hotel from this driveway, you can only make a right hand turn and drive several blocks until you can make a u turn to go in the opposite direction. Also there is road work on the street you exit on. Traffic is not great during rush hour.

The location was amazing for walking! Very easy to navigate the city shopping, waterfront, so many restaurants accessible on foot. The Staff was helpful to us, very friendly - to everyone as I observed. Very patient but efficient

Friendly staff. Nice welcome. Room was clean. Welcoming. No face cloths. Two regular towels should be 4. Over all nice clean.

The Bar one restaurant. Was not a welcoming place Poor food, poor staffed. Not inviting for a Saturday night at 9. For a traveler from out of town.

The hotel itself is very clean. The room had a great kitchen area with a comfy couch in the living room. Tv channels were good. Bed was super comfy too. The pillows were choice.

While great to actually have a pool, the ladder for getting in and out of it could have been better. A larger man almost broke it. The hot tubs jets should maybe get a look at.

Easy, fast check-in. Pets welcome. Room was large, clean, comfortable bed. Shower was great, although no bath tub in our room, which seems to be the trend.

Hot tub wasn't very warm and the jets weren't working, but was nice to have a soak before bed.

I love how convenient the location is, we had an issue with our room and we got upgraded to a better room.

The first room we received had a issue with the smoke detector and a odd smell in the room, however we did afterwards get upgraded to a better room after we brought it up to staff.
