I loved the decor of the room and the staff.

Due to the renovations there wasn’t a restaurant or the ability to order in. There were no phones so if you required anything you could not call the staff. The towels weren’t as clean, hairs were found on them. There were no drinks or snacks available in the fridge.

I have spent 10 nights all together at the Quality Suites. I had a pipe burst in my basement and flood etc. insurance covered the hotel stay as I had no heat or water at home here in London. I work at the hospital, and this hotel was close by, and had all that I needed, heat and indoor plumbing! The heat unit was a wee bit loud and it was a bit of extra work getting food each day as the inhouse cafe was closed due to covid. Not the hotel fault by any means. The breakfast that came with each night of stay was adequate, but had a lot of packaging and waste with it. The bed was extremely awesome! The front desk staff were all so very lovely! Asking how the work was coming along at my house, and provided good morning greetings as I went off to work! They were very accommodating and so very kind. Lovely people that made my stay, and the chaos at my house so much easier to deal with!

the heat unit in all three rooms I stayed in was a bit loud, not horrible but loud! Also not having access to inhouse food meant leaving the room to eat, and shopping at the grocery store to have stuff on hand for my days off that I knew I would not leave the unit. Also had to go out for coffee. A coffee urn in the lobby during covid-19 protocol would have gone a long way.

The front desk staff were all lovely! They were so very kind. On saturday I came in after working all day and asked to book another night. This was handled super quick and super kind no big deal at all! I stayed at your hotel because I had a flood in my basement, frozen pipes and no heat. My stay felt extra luxurious and warm and cozy. I had to go out to work each day on saturday and sunday, the take away breakfast was a perfect solution and super easy. Sunday evening after moving to the new room it was discovered to be quite chilly. the front desk staff came right up and solved the problem and brought me and extra blanket. Their kindness was greatly appreciated all round, during this difficult time for me at my house. I had never stayed in a London hotel before, I won't hesitate to do it again.

It was not a huge big deal, but I was sad there was no restaurant facility available due to covid, i do understand, but having food in the hotel would have made things a wee bit easier and less disruptive. The fan for the heat in the second room I stayed at was super loud and kind of buzzy, I ended up turning it completely off both nights at around four am. Again not a huge deal and certainly not a deterrent from staying there or continuing my stay, or to badmouth the facility doing their best in these super difficult times.

We stayed in the the king suite w couch and the room was clean and smelled nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was large and clean. Enjoyed the living room space and the room wasn't any more expensive than a "double" room. The mini fridge and microwave were a nice addition.

The hot breakfast would have been nice, however we did get a bagged breakfast (granola bar, digestive cookies, muffin and juice) Pillows were a little lumpy but usable.

Room was clean, had all expected amenities, bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Desk staff was friendly and accommodating. For a brief, overnight stay, this was good value. Good location too.

Room was non-smoking but smelled of stale smoke. Complimentary breakfast was a bit of a let down. I fully accept we can't have hot meals during this pandemic, but a processed muffin, a pair of digestive cookies and one granola bar with a box of apple juice was disappointing. Even a fresh apple would have made it better (for me).

Nice and clean room, staff were friendly and helpful. Was happy to have a microwave and bar fridge.

Carpet has ground in stains. Also was very sticky in areas. Beds need updated mattresses, it was creaking and hard. Breakfast only consisted a muffin, granola bar, and digestive cookie with an apple juice.

The room was huge and very clean. King bed was extremely comfortable. For the price ($100) I wasn't expecting much but was plesently surprised. The staff were very helpful and nice to talk to. It was very quiet for a main street In London, I was on the ground floor and did not hear any noise. The only thing that woke me up was my own snoring reverberating of the walls of the ginormous room lol. It was a great stay! If I'm ever in London I will come back to this a Hotel.

Good idea with bagged breakfast, thank you. Hotel under renovation, new corridor carpets will be appreciated, also telephones in the room were inactive but great stay overall

The attendant who checked us in was super nice, and very helpful. The location was close to a lot of amenities which made it easy to figure out where to go for dinner and access for shopping while we stayed. Would recommend if you want somewhere to stay that’s affordable and is just meant to be where you sleep while you’re travelling.

could of been more thoroughly cleaned there was dust on higher surfaces but nothing outrageous.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The suite room is huge with a comfortable bed. Nice sitting area with a TV outside the room. The room is clean and well kept .
