The facilities were excellent pools were nice wait staff was excellent

The check in process.was terrible because the name on my reservation was bill but my legal name was William caused some issues they were not going to let me check in unless i xouls change the name on my reservation i managed to figure out how to do it but was a major inconvenienceand right of rhe start i was alrady not happy with this place . Frustrating after a day of travel and heat. Not enough places to get food more options would be great there was a cafe to get coffee but you had to pay ??? Supposed to be all inclusive alcohol seems like after 8 pm you cannot get anymore alcohol to drink.

beautiful well kept easy access to beach

We paid for a room with patio and in front of pool. several times when we opened our sliding door to sit at our patio other guest were using our patio. the staff was kind enough to ask the people who didn’t have rooms with a patio to move but there were occasions where we had to ask people to move which was uncomfortable for us and them . i assume because there wasn’t a lot of poop further available people would use the patio’s. in the evening while trying to sleep a few times people would be sitting at our patio being very loud felt like they were sitting right in our room with us

The pools are nice, staff is amazing! Never had to ask for a refill on my drink or food by the pool. Everyone was really nice from the front desk, to the pool staff. Had a really great time and got to enjoy a wonderful solo trip.

The facilities were a little outdated, the shower was really small if I were a little taller, my head would be hitting the ceiling and lastly the AC was going in and out and the Wi-Fi is a little slow. But most importantly, I wish they had more vegan or vegetarian options.

Breakfast was best meal. More variety and flavor. One friend had the tacos after 11pm, said they were very good. Snacks by pool didn't have much flavor.

Small peacock outside entrance, we thought it was very pretty and neat to see. It was scaring the small children and it would peck at you but because it was looking for food.

Why say all inclusive and it's not true. They should say 80% inclusive, after you have dinner in the restaurant they give you the bill of what you ordered at less let the costumer knows before.

The WiFi at the beach pool didn’t work and sometimes didn’t work in our room either. it would also be great if you could book a reso at the restaurant at any point rather than 11 am on the same day.

I loved the Yoga and Aquafit classes and free Spanish lessons offered every day and the 2 pools with swim up bars were so fun

the loud Noise coming from a near by night club until 3-4 am was terrible we had to keep the air conditioning on and a fan to block out the noise every night

Everything was excellent, I loved my stay. The service, the attention, the food was very good, the water in both swimming pools was very clean and warm. I will recommended. Thank you everyone!!

It was excellent, the personal gave us such a great service. I know it's their work but in this case they went on and beyond. The room service was wonderful. Thank you and continue the great job.

Maybe having airport transportation could be of great help

The employees were all very friendly and hard workers. The meals were good, and the main restaurant was excellent! Having drinks delivered to your patio was really special. I had a ball singing Karaoke.

Having to wear a mask. Having to get a co-vid test. The was not a negative for this property.
