Friendly bartender in the bar. Quiet, comfortable room Check in was easy.

Was on the list for the 4am shuttle. I was in the lobby early & the driver left without me & another guy. We waited until about 4:20 still no shuttle. Luckily the gentleman who was also left by the shuttle called for a Uber & offered to share a ride with me or I would've missed my flight. Don't know the shuttle drivers name. I've NEVER BEEN LEFT BY A SHUTTLE BEFORE

Bar in the lobby, clean rooms, quick trip from hotel to drop off rental car.

It would be better if the pool could stay open until 11:00 p.m. I didn't get there until 8:30 and just wanted to relax in a chair by the pool to unwind but it was already time to close the pool.

Room was a typical room. Clean, lots of outlets for charging. The outdoor pool is open year round, and was warm, even for a December morning. The kids loved swimming outside in December at 8am.

We were told the hotel had a 24 hour shuttle service. Our flight landed at 11 and we called the hotel as instructed when we booked and were told by the front desk the shuttle stops at 11. They did reimburse us for a taxi (less tip) which I was fine with, but made our arrival a little hectic. The vending machines also did not work on our floor and ended up costing us twice the amount of money for one water. Other than that our stay was short, but pleasant.

I appreciated the friendliness of all the staff. They treated me like family. I felt very safe. The chef-supervisor was great as was Kim, Shay, Ms. Nancy and Jonathan. I’ll be staying here again in the future.

The hotel was close to the airport and it had a shuttle. Has food if you want breakfast, lunch or dinner. Rooms are clean and quite.

The door to our room was taped up withe blue duct tape around door hinges and door locks. Didn't make me feel that safe.

The staff was super friendly!! We had a quick check in process. We stopped at the bar downstairs and the bartender with blonde hair was so sweet. The bus driver for the airport shuttle was super friendly. His name was joe! Wonderful staff!

The hotel seemed a little run down in the lobby & check in area.

Modern hotel with Scandinavian design rooms; excellent evening shuttle service; and close to Phoenix Sky Airport

I had booked the Radison for a healthy Scandinavian dinner and breakfast, but the food was horrible and i had to throw it out. Restaurant closed due to Covid19, the small bar served "foodtruck" greasy dishes. Substandard!

The website indicates a secure parking available for a fee. When asked, I was informed that the program was disconnected and no longer available.

The rooms were clean n very well use of a smaller space. Loved it and didn't have 1 issue. The front desk person was very helpful and courteous...can't wait to stay here again.

The whole facility was pretty clean and felt safe. It was a good area, also LOVED the lobby restrooms, because it saved us lots of time from having to run back upstairs. It was a good area and down the street from accessing the freeway. I know it was further from places we went to like the west side. But i honestly dont mind driving 40 minutes around the whole city, i went for vacation and site seeing. It was a great place to stay for the priceing as well. The rooms were comfy with a modern feel. Exactly what i was looking for. Unfortunately we didnt have time to check out the downstairs restaurant/bar area but it looked nice. 😊
