The outdoor pool, drink station and service is my favorite part. The friendly, helpful staff add to the allure of staying at this beautiful located resort hotel. I love the restaurant open for breakfast thru dinner and the late bar til 1am Food and drinks are always amazing, well crafted and delicious.

I never feel warm welcomed and invited at the front desk when I check in or out. They're never rude but I just feel they have a lot of pressure and stress so they struggle to have guests feel welcomed. I seldom see two people up front so that's likely why. Maybe management needs to staff more or support more so they don't feel so much pressure and can take time with each client as opposed to feeling the need to rush them and in turn miss an impactful connection with customers... That's my perspective. They are ALWAYS nice but just look stressed.

The room was a great size; the staff were responsive; there were places to sit in the lobby and outside if you wanted to get out of your room - really like that.

I understand trying to be environmentally friendly by not replacing towels all the time, but it doesn't seem right to have to ask for services - like emptying the garbage and doing a quick bathroom refresh. Room rates are not adjusted when these services are not used. The elevators are a nightmare - waiting a very long time for the elevators, and they stop on every second floor. The explanation was waiting on computer chips but some guests have said that this has been going on for a very long time. We typically walked down from our 10th floor room - not all guests can do this.

The rooms are always so beautiful, well kept and clean! I took my kids there for the first time for Labor Day weekend, and they absolutely loved it! Especially the room service and the pools. Absolutely recommend this establishment for a couples get away or a family mini weekend get away. Indulge in luxury....why not. Definitely would like to try the golf ⛳️ next door. And the views from the East king corner rooms have the best views of downtown Chicago! Can't wait to go back.

Loved the pool because it was spacious and the water temp was perfect. The testy food was surprisingly good. I was delighted they served Starbucks. The servers and bartenders were friendly and professional. Comfy bed and modern bathroom. Pretty grounds and easy parking.

The gym was small and crowded in the morning, which made the pool much more attractive.

It was a quick trip. The front desk people were very nice and the room was comfy and quiet and we felt very safe there. Starbucks in the lobby is ALWAYS a huge plus, and the view at the back of the hotel was gorgeous and peaceful.

The shower setup was BAD. Both my son and I took showers and the water just poured over the rubber edged water guard on the floor. I practically flooded the bathroom (but had no idea until I was done) and then requested more towels before my son took his shower, to avoid that again. The towel was fully saturated with water when he was done. BAD setup that hopefully they'll correct. We cannot be the only people that did this.

Amenities was good. Loved the pool.

They need to communicate better with housekeeping. Our checkout time was at 12pm. The housekeeping came in at 9am to clean and I was still in bed. We went to put belongings in the car at 10:30. I told housekeeping I was coming back when I got back to my room she was already in Cleaning my room which forced me to check out.

The setting and location was perfect. Property was clean and well maintained. Scenery was beautiful. Easy access to and from the property. Parking was free.

At night the lobby felt way too cold. Wish there was maybe a little separation between the lobby and bar/restaurant. The noise from the bar definitely carried over.

The hotel forces you to have 100% deposit at check in, even if I already paid for the full stay in advance. Such a convenience when you are going for business and you live in countries where mainly debit cards are used.

Great view from room, great decor, large room, clean, friendly staff, lots of parking in well-lit parking lot. One of the best hotels in this price range I have ever stayed at! Will stay again!

Only complaint - people talking and laughing loudly in hallway at 6:15 a.m. but that is not the fault of the hotel, just ignorant people.

I am very pleased with the resort.I I am very happy with our choice. The food was great.the staff very friendly.

I just disappointed with the indoor pool being closed. But the outside pool was open but the weather has to be warm enough.
