Location was great and room was very nice as far as set up.

The receptionist was slow due to a phone call from a supervisor and took me about 15-20 mins to just get checked in not including the time it took to get the key and then to find out my key was never even activated. When we got to the room it was a little dirty on the floor and the shower was not clean at all.

It was in a good location to food/gas/shopping. The room was fairly clean and we had no trouble with exchanging towels/linens daily. I want to point out to PARENTS WITH CHILDREN UNDER 13- you do not have to worry about noise from your children because it's super kid friendly and 100% tolerant of the running, playing and yelling. Lol

The staff was rarely available a lengthy wait was a given. There should be better accommodations for the tenants who smoke-

The location and accommodations when I wasnt having to deal with unprofessional staff that are rude.

Some of the staff were unprofessional and not very supportive or was being honest with the dealings of me, and caused me to have NO free internet because the front desk staff failed to process my reservation correctly, and left out my email so I can get free internet, and management did correct the mistake but made excuses of why it couldnt be corrected.

The staff is very friendly and the GM is absolutely amazing. He makes sure you are happy with your stay and goes out of his way to take care of your needs. . so very nice to me and my Son . Clean everything

Staff really wasn't in top of checking a person in took a little longer than normal check in practices

Everything including the location is perfect Room as well as Building and staff themselves No issues I love coming here every time makes feel like home.

They need ice machines or sun it be too hot in these rooms sometimes. Nothing else to say

The staff was really friendly and especially Antone went out of his way for us made sure always has what you needed

Clean and quiet. Located nicely and close to all major stores. Staff is super friendly and the Manager Anthony us just fabulous.
