The room was well equipped and parking was great. We asked for a main floor room as my mother is a senior and has troubles with stairs. We were able to get a room that was perfect.

Parts of the room and hotel are very dated. The lobby is very dated. There is the small breakfast area just off the lobby area. I had to clean the table tops myself both days before eating breakfast. The food area could have been cleaner as well. We had breakfast there on Saturday morning and had a decent selection. On Sunday however, it was just leftovers from the day before. No staff were cleaning the food area and we had to ask for some utensils when there were none left.

The bed was excellent which is most important to us. Kalispell has very expensive hotel rates, but this hotel was considerably cheaper.

We couldn't hear the TV even when the volume was at 100%. We had to read the subtitles to know what was being said. Also, I am 5' tall and the toilet seemed to be made for a child. It was too low for me, but my 6'3" husband especially did not like it. Since we were there for a surgery across the street at the hospital we found out from a nurse at pre-op that we could have had a further discount because of that, but we didn't know that because we were not asked if this was a medical stayover.

Couldn't have been better! The staff was very friendly. They gave us information about the park, let us check it early, check out late and even borrow us a bear spray!!! The room was big and quiet. Clean and confortable. Very good breakfast with pancakes, yogurt, eggs, cereals, energy bars, bread, etc I'd totally recommend it

It was the beginning of the busy season, they were remodeling, and it was bustling. All the staff was super friendly, accommodating and hard working. They made our stay fun and enjoyable. Will stay with them again!

I liked the furnishings. They were adequate for the work I needed to do in the room. Wifi speed was good. Air conditioner was good - and not terribly noisy.

It appeared to me that this room was in the middle of renovations, and called back into service before it was ready. There were obvious painting issues on the walls and the bathroom door. I would excuse those IF I am correct about the room being needed before complete. Kalispell has a HUGE summer tourist season. Television wasn't working properly for part of my stay. (not a big deal. I don't watch that much TV.) The desk clerk was able to explain that the whole motel was having trouble and the professionals had been working on it all day. It was restored by morning.

Special request for room on floor easy to unload was great when requested and 2 weeks later we requested another night in the same room . Prompt replies on line. Our room was not obviously cleaned but several staff did an excellent job rectifying our complaint. Friendly staff. WW bread was available for toast. Parking spaces were well marked spaces and for compact only cars. Froze our ice packs! Deeper tub than usual. Great shower!

Needs more breakfast foods such as juice, granola bars, yogurt with reduced sugar for people with diabetes.

Staff was friendly and location was good.

Not handicap friendly. My daughter uses a walker, and even though we had first floor rooms she still had to go up stairs to get to our rooms, with no elevator option to bypass those stairs. Even with three of us helping her she struggled getting up and down them. Having a ramp option or a separate entrance further down past the stairs would be helpful.

It was a fine stay. Our bathroom door was not workin, and the maintenance guy came quickly and worked hard to fix it. The price was Amazing!

The parking lot could have been plowed. It was kind of difficult parking and maneuvering. (It was not snowing at this time)

I liked the simplicity of the hotel for sure!! Nothing crazy fancy and gets the job done but not run down either! I booked the day of so it was a little more expensive unfortunately but still, Great spot!

The breakfast options could've been a bit better. Not very much options but hey, it was included in the stay and it was something, so I'm not too picky. Some hotels dont have breakfast at all, especially budget hotels so I was fine.

I booked the room for my mom ans sister in law. They were very happy with the accommodations. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows, went right to sleep, woke refreshed. Nice clean rooms.

They were hoping for some kind of protein for breakfast.
