The area was beautiful and the room was very clean. After reading reviews after we had already booked the room we were a little hesitant going into it. However it exceeded our exceptions.

some things that were a red flag was the fact that there were NO workers in the willowbrook location 105B. After running out of toilet paper we couldn’t find a single worker and tried to use the phone in the room AND even tried our cell phones. Nothing worked and no one picked up. After further investigation we realized the phone at the front desk wasn’t plugged in/ didn’t work and was just for show. very disappointed.

Check in was easy,Kim was great.Rooms were very,clean.I was worried about that because of other reviews. None of them were true. Food was very good even for picky husband.

The kids (Attendants) in the game room very unhelpful. One of the games had ducks you shoot water at got hung up in big buch.Male Attendant wouldn't untangle them.After grandkids kept trying to win a prize. Wasted money.Girl Attendant wouldn't even talk when asked a question about a prize that wouldn't work.Man that ran the bingo in lobby let other kids play that weren't even guests .I think the grandmother was a worker.They kept winning all the bingo games.The guest who paided to be there never stood a chance.Caller of bingo mumbled out load about the situation but didn't do anything. Waterpark closed and that was a bigger disappointment for grandkids.All that being said we had nice time.

the property has everything you could possibly need to enjoy time away with your family. they have many activities going on from Thursday through Sunday this time of year. With all the amenities & water park you don’t even need to leave the resort area to have a busy fun trip. the arcade games were so much fun. a little pricey but fun. we played a few games of bowling. we watched a movie at the theater. I would recommend bringing alcohol if you are drunk because the bar is very expensive. we stayed 4 days & had a very nice trip. definitely will be returning with the rest of our family in the spring & there are over 20 of us.

the price of the arcade & bar & 2 of the slides at the water park we’re not working & hot tub at water park but everything else was wonderful!

Close to the Pocono Raceway

Staff in our building could not talk English so you could not get supplies or linens easily Room key would not work several times so you have to drive back to the main building to reset again and again and again Only one person on counter with a line of people Couch needs to be replaced Rough roads to and from stay

Your staff are amazing - despite the wonderful atmosphere of your facility I took a fall in the stairway when the elevators were not functioning - my fault but the quick and efficient response to me was nothing short of spectacular- I was able to continue on my way the next day. Your bartender made the best drink that I enjoyed after my little spill - and the food we got from the bar to take up to our room was the best ever- kudos to your chef. We would definitely plan a return trip if and when we ever have another trip north from Texas. And we will tell everyone about your place.

Unfortunately the elevators were not in full service when we got there but the issue was resolved in a timely manner while we were there. We were lucky to get a room for the night with the weekend being a busy Nascar racing schedule - the only issue we had with the room was that the bathroom door locked itself but we got it open and did not have to call anyone. Other than that no complaints- the beds were wonderful - the drinks and food were awesome - and your personnel is the finest we have come in contact with in all our travels.

It was spacious and comfortable lots of activity lovely scenery was lovely was able to drive to and from other property that's affiliated. Movie theater was an asset.

Was not Able to use jacuzzi in morning and evening posted closed notice close to time not allowed.. we t to other property was crowded and they had no towels called front desk at night no one picked you . Bathroom was a little small.. there was a fire alarm that went off in the morning and alarm took a very long time to turn off it happen again the next day also.

Loved the shower head and water pressure!

Outlets on the headboard did not work. Went to the restaurant for the dinner buffet and was overcharged. I had. Requested to be charged kid rate as I had gastric sleeve surgery n only ate a small piece of salmon n 1 piece of broccoli n 2 pieces of carrots. But instead the guy changed the prices on both the Adult meal n kids meal prices to make up the difference not cool!

I like the whole place, its climate, its air, the green areas throughout the place, in short, I loved it

I did not like that having a kitchen there were only two pots there were no more extra garbage bags there was no storage room to put the dishes after washing them there was only one toilet paper I had to go buy a couple at the store but everything was fine from there

The price, pool and waterpark was nice.

The kitchen didn't have enough utensils to cook with. No pans, no spatula. The sofa sleeper needs to be updated. The mattress was thin and the springs were broken so the mattress feel to the floor! I had to turn on the hot water underneath the sink....it was off! Couldn't connect my laptop to the WiFi and the TV channel selections were minimum. For a resort we could have had at least one premium channel like HBO.

the entire facility is so clean and beautiful. the staff is amazing however, the lady who brings out the cookies acts like she paid for them. She was quick to remove them when the lobby was filled with people checking in/out. I didn't like that at all. We waitied on line for over an hour and couldn't grab a cookie because she put the entire plate on her cart and walked away while my 2 children were standing there.

If you are paying for a stay, I think the waterpark should either be 50% off or free for those staying at the resort.
