Convenient restaurant of good quality. Clean and comfortable room. Great location to pick up my girlfriend from the airport. Great television set. Nice views on balcony.

Took me an hour to find my car in order to bring in my bag for my overnight stay after hurrying to get my girlfriend to the airport for a brief trip to California to get her cat. You really have to pay attention to the signs and remember where you parked your car. I searched the entire parking lot on the opposite side of the terminal and hotel from where I had actually parked it before I realized it must be on the other side of the terminal and they look very similar.

The room was very clean and well presented. Fabulous bathroom, The location was fantastic if you want Airport location or if you have an impending flight its perfect. The staff were fabulous and I appreciated the extra hour being added to our check-out time because I am a Hyatt Member. That was a really nice touch and allowed us time to use the pool and shower before we checked out. We ate dinner and lunch at Mackoys and found the food to be enjoyable in fact my soup was totally delicious. The staff were very busy but were still friendly and attentive. When we went to get our luggage from bell services for our Virgin check in your staff member took our all of our 9 suitcases and bags to the Virgin Desk for us on the wheelie trolly. Another nice touch which we appreciated and tipped accordingly. All in all a lovely stay

Everything was more than satisfactory, I would suggest that the cost was certainly at the top end of what I was willing to pay but when you look at location and quality perhaps it was fair. I think next time I will book directly through the Hyatt site rather than go through a 3rd party booking site which I did this time. If I remember correctly the cost was less on the Hyatt site but you had to pay in advance in full, and I was hesitant to do this owing to the general nightmare of flight cancellations which were rife at the time owing to the fall out from COVID and getting back to normal. Had things been abit more certain and had not found myself worrying about flight cancellations etc I'm certain I would have gone direct and paid on the Hyatt site.

Location is the big advantage of that rather pricy hotel. Directly inside the airport Orlando. No shuttle needed, just footsteps away from arriving and departing gates. Perfect overnight stay for us, as our arriving flight came in on 2 am in the morning. Because of a mismatch in the booking system we did not get a room with two queen-size beds (family of 4), but instead 1 king-size bed and a sleeping couch, which we had to prepare ourselves: Not ideal, and nobody knew how this could happen. But not a deal-braker. We did get a discount of $60 however, which we could use at the nearby breakfast in the morning. From there it was also only footsteps to the rental car station. So, all in all, it was ok for that one night.

i liked the location, the hotel at the airport that was cool.

maybe there should of been more information about bus services and taxi services i came in blind.also i felt as a tourist coming to your fine city, i felt i was being rip off by some of the taxi drivers and uber drivers. one uber driver asked me for my post code and factored that into the bill i've never heard of that before. i stop going out because the taxis were so expensive. they were draining my funds. that was the only dissappointing thing going to your country.

Was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and the food from McCoys Bar was very nice.

We had no hot water from either the shower or tap so had to take cold showers after traveling for over 24 hours from New Zealand. We checked in at 10pm and were only staying one night, we were too tired to contact reception so could've easily been remedied. We ordered food from McCoys from the number that said was for pick up and room service, I asked to place a pick up order but when we went down the girl was annoyed at us because the food had already gone up for room service.

Had a really early flight scheduled so decided to stay at the airport hotel to ease my morning travel time. My shuttle arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in early with no issues. Everyone was really nice. The location is absolutely perfect when traveling out of Orlando.

N/A…. I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like. The staff was friendly. The room was extremely clean. I was unable to hear any airport noise, which I was expecting to hear. The hotel restaurant is delicious and there are plenty of places, close by, to grab a quick snack, coffee, or drink.

Great location if you're flying in and out of MCO Orlando airport, you literally just walk down to the terminal from your room. Has a decent restaurant to boot.

We always fly in, then get our rental then drop it off at the hotel and check in that way, but it is so hard to find the hotel as you loop around the airport, the signs are not well placed and then all of a sudden they are there and you have to move over quickly, but not too quickly or you'll go back to rental car return. It's hit or miss depending on where you enter the airport, sometimes we get it right away and others we miss it because the Orlando airport loop roads split multiple times so you have to be sure to always take the right split or you'll be circling the whole airport again to try again.

I like that your hotel had everything at the facility (Bar, food, etc...). I also liked the fact that when we arrived at the airport and was leaving the airport to go back to Maryland, we did not have to travel more than a few hundred feet to get to/from the airport...

Finding the hotel was extremely confusing... The GPS sent us to the airport's parking lot and we drove around the parking lot for a good while, not knowing that the hotel was on the 4th floor of the parking lot.... Also why have a balcony if you can use it? It might have been better just to put have windows instead of a balcony if you can't use it... Lastly the showers should be upgraded to glass shower doors... Even cheaper hotels have them now, it makes the bathroom look and feel bigger with more luxury....

The location was excellent for an early morning flight and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't get time to use the on site facilities, but the airport shops and food court were fun for a couple of hours.

The desk clerk couldn't link my membership to the booking, so we lost points and after pre booking the bellhop to pick up our luggage at 6am, the front desk could not find the booking in the morning and arrived 15 minutes late, which is an issue when having to check in luggage and clear TSA.

Very convenient location, clean, and wonderful staff. Everyone we interacted with were eager to help and very pleasant. The restaurant food was very good and a great value as compared to what you can get in the airport food court. The pizza, sushi, and apps were delicious. We were able to check in early which was very helpful and when we checked out, we immediately went through TSA. Fun bonus, we could see the airplanes taking off and our room had a balcony with a view of the tower. The pool was very tranquil as well. Excellent stay to recharge our batteries after returning from a cruise.
