We were supposed to stay at another property (the same one we stayed at on a previous stay the week before) but realized it wasn't as close to the airport (an hour drive away) as we thought. So we ended up rebooking with this property. It is right next to the MSY airport and if you're an aviation geek, you'll get to see and hear departures from morning til night. If you're looking for quiet, this may not be the spot for you because of the low flying aircraft. If it doesn't bother you, then by all means... Staff is warm and welcoming and assisted in every way possible. Check in was a breeze, and check out even easier. Lots of food and shopping nearby!

Loved that we had a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The room was wonderful, great breakfast, and nice staff.

This was booked to only stay one night after arriving to New Orleans at midnight. I think that was enough. Unfortunately, the hotel was great, but the people that stayed there not really. The floor where we stayed smell like weed, and before we checked out it started sipping into our room. Very disrespectful from the people that were staying by our room, also I was awaken like 3 times by a couple screaming at each other in the hallway ay night. Very annoying. This was not the hotels fault of course. This probably doesn't happen a lot.

Employees helpful. They offered help and were friendly. Great shuttle service. Common areas were clean. Breakfast was decent, but American style w food tasty including all extra calories. I liked the fruit- apple. They offered a flavored yogurt and orange juice. Scrambled eggs were decent. The waffles looked delicious. Food looked fresh.

The housekeeping department works hard. Overall the room was clean. It seemed that the hotel could change things like coffee maker, lamp shade and shower curtain, all three of which were grungy. And I’m not that particular. But the biggest problem for me was the air. Again not in control of the great employees, my allergies acted up and in the common areas the air improved. In the room it was musty and the air circulation lacked. But the room was huge. And the bed was comfortable. It’s definitely a good one night stay for me. It’s convenient and $ok.

Front desk staff was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. I had one of the updated rooms which was very nice and comfortable for my family. The fact that a driver was available to bring us to the airport was what initially attracted me to the property.

Location was under renovation I guess so the appearance was not top tear; however, I appreciate the attention placed on renovation and I am sure it will be fabulous once completed.

Shuttle bus easy to book both ways. Arrives on time. Room was a good size and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant. Room had a fridge and a microwave, which I only found because I was being nosy and looking in the cupboards! Lots of selection for breakfast.

Some of the furniture a bit tatty. Black out blind was broken so permanently down meaning room was in complete darkness (despite the lovely bright sunshine outside) and I had to keep the lights on all the time I was in the room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect for a one-night stay.

The place is undergoing renevation, which is understandable, but there was a lot of construction noise in the morning. Some areas were messy (near the elevators on my floor, there were a lot of surplus appliances piled up, etc). Again, understandable since it was going through renovation, but just something for others to be mindful of.

Location was very close to the airport, but a little tricky to get there. The u- turn thing threw us off, but u-turns in Indiana are not common and mostly illegal. Not the fault of the Comfort Inn. Can't wait until hot do it yourself breakfasts are allowed again. Again, not the fault of Comfort Inn. LOVED the pool, but some stones are loose, dangerous. People curious and very helpful.

The facility was neat and clean upon arrival. The older woman at check in was very polite, she had excellent customer service. I enjoyed they had breakfast and that it was nice and hot. Eventhough it was by the airport it was quiet. Pleasant and comfortable stay

Room 407 had roaches in the fridge. Taken back a bit because we did have a baby with us which required us to put his bottles in. They moved us to another room. No problem there. Slept like a baby with comfort

I liked the free shuttle transportation to and from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave directions and advice on the area and general information I was wanting to know. The room was clean.

Location to restaurants or things to do. The hotel lounge was not operational. I flew in and was there for work so I had no transportation. The area provided nothing to do. The room had cable but not many options to watch.

Free shuttle from the airport and the hotel was a good price for New Orleans. The staff was outstanding and friendly. The hotel is being renovated so I bet the future accommodations will be much better.

Toilet too low and difficult for someone with long legs or bad knees to use. Window coverings were terrible but not much of a view anyway. They will probably be upgraded during the renovations.
