We had to extend our stay due to the icy weather and family funeral. The staff Gaby, Phil and Chris went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were quite helpful. Breakfast offered a lot of choices and the room was used as a family gathering spot each evening. The bed was comfortable. The room was roomy and clean. It was our home away from home for 10 days.

The hotel could use a deep clean of carpet areas by pool and high traffic areas.

I didn't have high expectations, honestly. This place was so cute and surprisingly nice! The breakfast option has a late start, but it was good. The room was clean and bathroom was nice. It was good value for the money though.

The key cards were easily deactivated. This might be an issue with all hotels these days though. It's right off the highway and gets a lot of traffic noise.

The rooms and hot Breakfast

The evening receptionist was very rude. The rooms was not ready at check in time and when asked how long for the wait, she became rude and walked off. When she returned it was basically to change shifts and clock out. The next shift receptionist was very polite throughout my stay no complaints, she was awesome, and responded to everything I needed. 5stars for her.

I liked the access to major highways and food, not only that, the location didn't feel dangerous as many hotels by major highways often do.

The room could have been a little more clean. It looked like there was a little piece of cheerio by the couch and there was something splattered on the wall by the trash can.

this was my first time traveling since covid and everything was perfect from the cleanness of the room to the surrounding restaurants and the amazing food I was able to try but overall everything amazing to the prices of the room it was all amazing.

the only thing I disliked was not being able to request to have private time with the pool / spa but otherwise everything was perfect.

Breakfast was good. When we checked in the clerk couldn't find our reservation and said they didn't have any rooms available. I showed her our confirmation from Booking.com on my phone and after more searching she found us.

Our room was spacious, clean and very nice however the mattresses sagged to the middle and we couldn't get comfortable.

It was good except the bacon could of been cooked longer.

I didn’t like housekeeping service. Two nights in a row they didn’t leave clean towels. They never vacuumed the floor the four nights we was there.

Close to a lot of places of interest. It was only minutes from everywhere I was going.

The pool was over chlorinated. It was hard to breathe in the pool area, and you could smell it just walking in the hotel.

The rooms are great. The included breakfast is very good. The breakfast area was clean and spacious.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and there were some light bulbs that were burned out, they were not super noticeable though.

My only compliant was that we had to keep the doors open in the pool area for ventilation. It was unusually cold in TX while we were visiting so the pool area was cold. They said they are working on it.
