The location is ideal for metro use. Very easy to get around. The staff were also fantastic. I don’t know the name of the gentleman that works regularly but he’s a gem! It could use some updating for sure but the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked too well at moments. When we first walked in we thought “what in the world” but after three weeks of travel across the country this was one of our best stays. You are paying for location! Our balcony was amazing as well.

Location excellent for access to metro lines. Walking distance to good restaurants, opera theatre area. This was my 3rd stay in Paris hotels. I would definitely choose this hotel next time. Small fridge, coffee machine. Helpful staff. Others have mentioned the metro noise. Yes you can hear the rumble at quite times (early morning)but it is not an issue and not that loud. Ask for room that does NOT face the street if a concerned.

The location was excellent. This was our second stay at The Le Grand Hotel De Normandie and it was grand. Aly the night manager was with us the first trip and this trip, he is an exceptional value and one main reason why we stayed again thus trip. The housekeeping is accommodating and excellent.

every thing was good

Room was small but clean, free coffee and tea was placed. Altough it is located next to main train station and in a square room was so silent. Small Balcony was the best place to chill. Close to shopping area where Lafayette and other main stores. Close to undergorund (2 mins walk). Close to suypermarkets.

superb location, metro saint lazare exit is right in front of u, within 10 steps, and theres another two stations within few mins walk. Lafayette and printemps are also within few mins walk. will definitely come back.

the only thing is that i heard and felt a bit when metro passed by, im a super light sleeper and it is within tolerance, not a big problem, soundproof can do better tho.

You could feel the trains every minute…. For us it wasn’t a problem since we are easy sleepers as a family. But for someone else could be a problem since there are trains all night…

The location is amazing. Walking distance to a lot of sites. Next to a metro station. A nice part of town. Breakfasts were amazing. Personnel at the desk were super helpful.

It would be nice if they would provide water bottles daily. My room was quite small but I understand that Paris hotels are like that.

I had a single room on the 5th floor. It was very clean, quiet, light and airy, the bed was very comfortable and I was able to make myself feel very much at home for my 7 night stay. The Wi Fi was easily accessible and performed well.

There wasn’t a prepared fresh fruit option included in the Breakfast Buffet.

Male staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. There were some noisy ppl who checked in next to me and they took my complaints seriously. They have a safety feature where the front doors only open by ringing doorbell.

The rooms could be cleaner. The walls are a bit thin & other guests can be heard in the common area outside the door so be prepared with some ear plugs. Female blonde staff does not acknowledge your presence or greet you.

brilliant central location right beside train stations and plenty of facilities close by. great place to base your stay visiting Paris. lovely breakfast and super friendly staff, v welcoming and helpful. would 100% stay again.

it was fine / rooms could do with a refresh considering the price. check booking.com a few times as the prices seem to really fluctuate. price is only one part but quite important imo.
