We stayed here for a one night stop over. Great Central location with parking - If you have a large vehicle like us you need to state that when you make a reservation, we were given the largest space. Comfortable beds. Simplel check in, staff helpful.

As others have said the rooms and bathrooms are very small. Parking is very tight.

Personnel was very polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner didn't work, but we didn't have to pay for the parking and the stay of dogs. That was a nice compensation for the minor inconvenience.

Staff excellent. Great bed. Perfect location for exploring Poitiers. Air conditioning and secure motorcycle parking.

Shower door leaked. Only two, small, poor quality towels,one each. Television signal poor so picture continually pixelating.

when we were getting ready to get in bed we pulled back the quilt to discover poo stains in the bed where someone had been sat disgusted

it was centrally located and in easy reach of restaurants. staff were helpful when i needed to book a hotel in La Rochelle and Booking .com wasn’t responding. also booked my train ticket for me.

Efficient and friendly staff. Clean, well-equipped rooms. Comfortable beds:Excellent breakfast choices. All staff we spoke too spoke excellent English (&French!).
