The location is excellent. There are boats (e.g., with orange flag, a ticket costs to anywhere 16 Baht) they take you to meany destinations, incl. Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, the Oriental Hotel, etc. Also BTS (after one station you have to transfer to Silom Line). Close to the hotel is the new shopping center IconSiam with a huge food court. In the building there is even a 7-eleven shop, where you can much more easily get a beer than inside. We found that the fish restaurant Yok Yor close to the hotel (to the north) was not worth the effort, it used to be much better. Bored waiters and boring food. The hotel was alltogether ok. In a cross street (to the West) nearly opposite to the hotel you can find "real" Thai food in a small street restaurant on the left side, after a few hundred meter walk. There is also a food cart providing the most delicious SomTam we have ever had and also barbacued chicken, they have also a few tables on the sidewalk, very good and clean!

The pool. It is quite small and all beds stand in water(!), we did not think it was a good idea (In earlier years, they partly stood in sand, it was not much better). There were not enough beds if the weather was sunny. Far too few for the size of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, but not to compare with the quality offered after opening of the hotel and later (last time we were here was ten years ago). The room we were first offered was just not nice, after some discussion we got a more comfortable room with a good view to the city. The hotels boat used to be a "shuttle" boat, now you may have to wait up to half an hour.

The buffet breakfast every day was amazing!! It was definitely the best I've ever had anywhere. It included European, Asian (Thai/Chinese), and Indian foods with many other amazing food items. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and helpful to us. The pool was very nice as well. The upstairs top floor 360 degree bar was pretty amazing as well with excellent views of the entire riverfront/city all around. The hotel was in an excellent location right next to the ICON Siam mall, a few blocks away from a sky tram station, and plenty of convenient stores within walking distance away. The free hotel ferry to the other side of the river was really nice as well to have available as well. We used that every day we stayed there. All in all, this was probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and will definitely stay there again next time we are in Bangkok.

Nothing. Everything was perfect to us

The hotel is modern, clean, quiet, and as shown in the pictures. The high floor rooms come with fantastic view to the river. The staff is cooperative and welcoming, it is the nature of Thai people, smiling and helping. The breakfast is international and fantastic. The hotel is near to ICONSIAM mall, and near to the companies provided cruise dinner trip, the hotel helps you in making reservation.

The Internet is provided in two choices: free with speed sometimes is not good, and paid. This is not a good point for your respectful hotel. The Internet should be free with good speed for all the guest as any other 5 stars hotel. The hotel is far from the center of the city, and the way to there is jammed most of the time, but you will love the hotel.

I am delighted to write a glowing review for the Millennium Hilton Hotel, which provided me with an exceptional stay during my recent trip. I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Patt and Ms. Kim, both of whom provided me with outstanding service throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, Ms. Patt made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and ensured that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Her attention to detail and warm personality were truly remarkable.

We have stated in Bangkok numerous times and think the location of this hotel is perfect. It is close to the huge Iconsiam indoor food market definitely worth a visit. Plus you can take a river cruise from here and lots of places you could easily walk to. The room was modern spacious and very comfortable with a view of the river. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The favourite part was the breakfast it was absolutely amazing such alot of choice and all very fresh and delicious. Pool was also perfect we had one of the beds that was in the pool was lovely so could keep cool.

Nothing all perfect

Location is very good. Next to the Iconsiam, near BTS goldline & near to Chaopraya ferry terminal in Iconsiam. Also Hilton have its own complimentary ferry to go to Sathron ( BTS station on the opposite of the river ). Room is very nice & spacious (Hilton standard). Breakfast is also nice. Overall Hotel is very well maintain.

Walk from hotel to Iconsiam could be closer if there is access from Hilton pier. (But not that big a deal.) Coffee in the room is just nescafe instant. Should be better cause its Hilton. (nespresso or at least drip coffee). Pool is small for a big hotel. When I swam, there were 3 of us and we needed to take turn to a lap swim.

Location. I specifically booked Hilton because I wanted to be near IconSiam which was perfect. The rooms were nice. I had a great view of the river and Iconsiam which was very pretty at night when all the lights were lit. In general, the rooms are of decent size and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good too. My family and I enjoyed the outdoor dining although it can get very hot. Perhaps putting some mist fans around the area would be nice to cool the place.

The receptionists were very nice and helpful. I loved the Jim, the pool. I loved everything in my room I enjoyed and I will come back. But please be aware to the things need to improve

Sometimes I felt that in the bars and the restaurants the crew try too much to sell. I don't like this feeling The breakfast was good but I wanted more diversity. I didn't like When I arrived after a long flight that the receptionist didn't offer me a bottle of water to drink. He wanted me to pay straight. It wasn't nice I was very mad and almost left. But later, they apologized and I really enjoy my stay there.

Lovely stay at the Hilton. Staff were all so helpful and friendly from the greeting concierge, checkin reception to the restaurant staff, all very lovely and greeting with a smile. A special thank you to May at the tour booking counter, she was lovely and organised a really great tour for us. The buffet breakfast ‘Flow’ is amazing, so much variety of food and very spacious. The rooms are very luxurious. The swimming pool had great view of the city. Thank you to the whole Hilton team :)

Nothing .. could not fault anything

The location was well connected to many places due to the boat taxi shuttle as well as gold BTS and it was just next to icon siam. It was close to several exquisite local cafes. The area wasnt crowded with tourists unlike pratunam and we had a pleasant walk around the neighbourhood. The staffs were proactive, courteous and always smiling. There was one occasion which we told one of the front desk staffs that our shower head only dispenses hot water, without asking for our room number, she managed to send a technician to check it out! It was magic!

The rooms were rather dated and old. The toilet had several cracks on wall and the display mirror in the room had some stubborn stains. The toilet bin beside toiler bowl was spoilt and the shower head only dispenses extremely hot water above 40 degrees no matter how we adjust.
