After reading the online reviews, I was a little worried but everything turned out excellent! Check in was smooth. Receptionist Azra was fantastic and friendly! Apt was big and clean with a huge bath tub. I didnt get to use the facilities but they looked good! For breakfast, I think they got an external provider and it wasnt buffet style. You get to choose from a menu of 6 choices and it was yummy! They could level up by providing drinks for kids too instead of coffee and tea only. The apt had security frequently patrolling around and appeared safe. Grab food had to be picked up at guard house which means no "wanderers" around.

The best thing was the location and we love the space. Really a stone's throw from major attractions but not too busy. The room was fantastic with a good view and the service was excellent. The staffs were responsive and helpful all the time.

The facilities needed some major maintenance. Things look great at first glance but we had issues with electrical appliances such as the heater and washing machine.

Good location.....walk to Petronas is about 15/20 minutes. Same to the nightlife at Changkat Bukit Bintang. Also to shopping areas. Traffic in the area is pretty bad. Lovely security guys....always great with smile/wave/salute. Room massive and all you need in there. However, it seems nigh on impossible to control the AC, notably in the bedroom, which was too warm even when the AC was supposedly on full blast. There is a ceiling fan that helps a bit. Bathrooms lovely and great bath and shower. Kitchen area good. Ask to have room serviced daily so you can get a restock of water and tea/coffee etc. Building site next door as new tower going up, wasn't really a problem though. Once erected whatever view you can get of the Petronas Towers will be lost forever. Breakfast option at the adjacent place is poor and wish I had not bothered. Seem to have no clue how to make a hot cup of tea, but maybe that is how they do it over there? Another time the food was just sat waiting to come out until I asked where it was. Problem with sockets not working in the room, reported before 9am, reception came up and said would send maintenance to sort it. Returned later at 6pm, nothing done? Told maintenance would come straight away as we were going out again. 30 mins later they turned up and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Don't bother emailing the place as they do not reply. Thai restaurant around the corner was nice as well as the Brussels beer cafe.

Checking in and out was painless. Front desk staff are extremely responsive, accommodating and really good at their jobs. My compliments to them. I love the spaciousness of the room, complete of amenities that made my stay really pleasant. The strategic location of the apartment is what I really love about the place.

Unfortunately our room was facing another building that was being demolished. Lucky for us, there was no heavy construction going on so we were not plagues with noise. However, one of the days we were there, there was some drilling work happening and we would have appreciated a heads up. Coincidentally, we were going out for the day so the drilling noise did not affect us much. I've been to the property a couple of times and I think a refresh of the apartments is due. Obvious signs of wear and tear but up to the property management to decide of course.

The size of the apartment was perfect, including the view of the spire. We felt very safe here, being enclosed in a group of residences. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they would clean our room daily and wash our dishes. Could walk to lots of major attractions.

Bed mattress was very firm, you would feel a little sore in your joints from the firmness. The aircon was very noisy - 24/7 - the level was so loud it would keep you awake at night. We tried to turn it off, however the noise would continue - it was too hot not to have it on. We kept pressing buttons to have the quiet mode on but nothing would change. It was the only bad thing about the property - everything else was perfect. It was a set breakfast menu at a local nearby restaurant (not a banquet like we were used to), it was nice but limited.

I have been here many times before. Very large roomy apartments. The location is in walking distance to the Pavillion and many 5 star hotels. Staff were professional. House keeping was very good. On the whole good value for what you get.

It would be advisable if in the near future some refurbishment took place. Nevertheless a good quality stay. I would add a toaster and coffee maker to the kitchen appliances. These have not been replaced since my last visit some years ago.

location, staff, security, many restaurants, & grocery stores within close walking distance. We've stayed at this property on several occasions in the past & have always been pleased. We will return again next year.

Kitchen should be better equipped, i.e. cereal/soup bowls, more flat ware, a colander to drain pasta, vegatables, etc. . We actually bought these mentioned items & left them for future renters. It would've been helpful to have an extra kitchen garbage bag between cleaning days. The TV service only had 1 English channel which was deleted for the last 2 weeks of our stay which could not be reinstated. We were able to use our lap tops as a backup. We offered to pay for an upgraded cable service as our stay was over 2 months, but this was not possible. Our complaints are minor & we will return.

Location is superb. It is in center of city. So close to KL tower, Petronas Tower, Public transport. Street market on every friday, thats cherry on a cake.

Bfast selection. Complementary vouchers for 2 restraurants with very limited set menu for bfast. Not so good. Also for drinks you only get to choose black and white coffee and not even juice. Felt like not worth to pay for bfast for 8 days where I could have selected so many different options from nearby. Checkin time is 3:00 pm, I sent atleast 10-15 messages before to confirm out flights are early and will need early checkin. We were at hotel at 9:30am and for early checkin we had to pay 250 RM for 5 hours. Which I beleive is quite much (almost 80$) I understand the policy but it should be bit less not almost like a day cost.

the location is awesome. large apartment. breakfast was ala carte at a restaurant next to the apartment - delicious. complete facilitities - fridge, dryer, washing machine, microwave.

bed is not so comfy to my liking. expected better. fridge's freezer not working - not cold enough to freeze.
