the cleanliness of the open pool was poor..

Free parking, nice pools, clean room, great breakfast selection (roti canai, laksa, nasi lemak, western, salad, etc.), attached to a mall hence easy access to cafes. Walking distance to riverside and Kampung Morten with nearest jetty is either Hang Tuah or Kampung Morten.

Check in was not so smooth. Had to wait in line for at least 45 minutes before it was my turn to check in because the 2 persons in front of me had a million requests and booking modifications. Should have provide self check in option for guests who don't want to modify their bookings or don't have any special requests.

✅Location near city ✅The breakfast delicious ✅The view, eventhough the view blocked by the other building still can see the sea. ✅Check-out fast, just drop key into boxes provided. Overall, I am satisfied and recommend this hotel.

😐No mirror in room ecept in bathroom only. 😐 Lighting a little bit dim 😐 Tv channel need to add more 😐Hotel may inform quest that parking on the road need to be paid if park on Wednesday - Sunday. My mistake not aware about parking charges. 😐Lift only have 4 sometimes 2 only can be used. Wait about 15min to get into lift.

Good service and comfortable rooms. Value for money.

The lifts took too long to go up or down from the rooms especially during checking out time. Would prefer if the lifts serve upper and lower floors separately so as not to waste time stopping at every level even though it is full.

The room is very nice, modern and cozy, with a clean balcony facing the scenic river stretch (esp. at night). The hotel is also above a shopping mall with Starbucks, KFC and many other interesting stores, also rivers stretch with walkways just in front, for good sightseeing. It is very much worth the money spent

1) We expect that the hotel provides a room service/in-room dining as noted in the info, but the service is not available. However, we managed to get delicious meal at sky deli restaurant with a beautiful view at different tower. 2) My daughter complaint that the comforter caused her skin to feel itchy. I hope it is not due to the not-freshly changed for new guests

The property is at a strategic location where its a 10min drive away to Dataran, Famosa where the hype is. Many options of food available via Grab app, speedway mart is a walking distance to stock up essential needs (please bring your own bag), the hotel is clean, offer a decent spread for breakfast (95% carbs).

the shore mall feels like a ghost town mall, with like only 50% or lesser shops operating. The toilet with bathtubs seems to have issue of poor water flow to the drainage leaving your toilet flooded with puddles after every shower. The kids pools have many chip tiles (especially at the sides of the pool) which is a hazard to the users, unfortunately my 3 year old suffered a deep cut under his chin after he fell while he was playing in the pool near one of the steps

Hotel is clean and has nice views over Melaka. Lobby is on the ground floor, is bright and airy. Reception staff are welcoming & accommodating, with check in process very quick. The hotel is part of a large complex & you will need to drive around the whole complex to get to the hotel.  HINT ON CAR PARK: You will arrive at the car park entrance before you do the hotel lobby. So if you are parking, look out for the car park sign so you can drive straight up to the 7th & 8th floor where parking for hotel guests are located. Just press the intercom for access into the parking. Room size is large and relatively clean. Mine had a hand sized stain in the carpet but apart from that, the room seemed clean. Bathroom is large too. Overall a good stay and will return. 

For whatever reason, trying to get hot water to shower at 1am was not happening. The hot water was working perfectly the next day. 

Front counter staff are most helpful doing a wonderful job especially Cik Noraini. Hotel is close to coffee shops selling popular local food and nostalgic Jalan Bunga Raya. Located in a more quiet location away from heavy road traffic. Adjoining Mall is ideal for a cool walkabout on hot days.

Wait for a long time before shower water gets warm. Buffet breakfast needs more variety in meats. Beef and chicken rendang would be ideal if available.

River view very nice

1) Attentive and friendly staff 2) Room - comfortable size, suitable for business travel, given swimming pool view but in afar the view of Selat Melaka and some portion of the Melaka river from writing table was a nice sight. Thoughtful bath area suitable for the elderly. 3) surrounded by good local food and being in one of the highest building (the Shore mall) in Melaka -.there is Sky garden on level 30 and the sky tower has an extended glass platform on tge 43rd floor for those daredevils wanting a feel of being suspended in mid air.

1) no face or hand towels 2) sofa really confortable but needs steam cleaning as there was perspiration odour 3) hotel pool was undergoing treatment, probably why the facilities on the 9th floor doesnt look spick and span 4) need to activate access card so that the carpark lift (1 unit between room and carpark) works more efficiently
