We loved this place. First of all, a one-suite penthouse was perfect. It had a king-size bed where we and our 5-year old could fit and in the terrace we had a jacuzzi and a resting area. The fridge was full at our arrival and all was for us without additional charge (champagne included!). All apartment was very clean. What we were absolutely amazed was the gardens and the nature surrounding the complex. It is situated in a middle of a jungle and you can meet regularly monkeys, iguanas and coatis! There’s even a bridge that goes inside of the jungle where you can explore more! The complex is huge and indeed you have a free-of-charge golf car service. We hardly used it as we liked walking around and meeting the jungle animals. Our villa was one of the furthest from the beach and on the map it seemed quite far but it wasn’t in reality. A walk toward the main pool and the beach took us like 8min. Pools are everywhere and so you can find a remote place away from crowds. When we visited The Fives it was 40% of occupancy and therefore we didn’t need to make reservations in restaurants. The service there was spectacular.

It’s difficult to say but it is true the water in the jacuzzi is not hottest which made it a bit chilly at nights. But in daytime it was super nice. The hotel could be more strict with guests who didn’t wear masks in the reception.

Amazing property, loved walking around. Lots of exotic animals and fun stuff for kids. Multiple swimming pools, great beach, diverse dining options. Breakfast was great. Every night they have live performances in the main square. Staff top notch. Lovely senote walking trail. My daughter loved the kids club.

If you don’t have the all inclusive, there are no a-la-carte options for dining. We would have liked to try more of the restaurants. Have to pay the full price, $45 per person per meal, we did this once. Our room did not have hot water.

beautifully kept ground and beautifully appointed rooms. superb hospitality where everyone greets you with a smile. outstanding breakfast. we loved loved loved the wildlife here. it is a special treat to see spider monkeys every day!

we came here during party season so the non-stop music around the pool that we can hear the room is rather noisy

Lots of pools, nice beach. Great buffet breakfast in Flavours. Wonderful range of wildlife.

Restaurants at dinner time seemed to close very early.

breakfast at the buffet could be updated a bit more. I was waited a long time and asked for foods that never came out.

Everything! The penthouse, the pool, the restaurant, the breakfast buffet is amazing! A little bit of everything. Second time coming here and we love it!! I want to live here!😂😂
