I didn't have breakfast with my reservation, but the location was great, I really enjoy to wake up and walk 5 to 10 steps to be at the beach. Also Restaurant staff was great and friendly. I had a bad experience with one of the servers during the day, but besides her all the staff were great persons

The pool was nice however it needs more attention. The first night of our stay someone was drinking and let beer bottles and some more trash around the pool and until our last day the bottles still there. But the most important at the restaurant one of the team members(Estafania who calls herself Stephany) needs more training on customer service as she is more inclined to attend Americans that any other race and the differences that she makes are really noticeable and that gives really bad impression on the restaurant. Luckily I was there the night before and was able to meet other members who were really friendly and respectful people

The location was perfect. The resturant on the ocean was really nice. The service was excellent. The staff was really accommadating. They were booked and our room had issues with the air condiotioning not working properly. They had a huricanne come through there a few weeks before. The staff was so so nice and accommadating. The moved us to another hotel down the street. e went to dinner and when we came back they had moved our bags and everything for us.

Pool area needs maintenance. Pictures is showing sunbeds and a playground. That was one of the things that made me book at all and to book the garden bungalow. But there was no sunbeds and playground was really dangerous. Location and staff are really great. A lil maintenance by the pool and something for the kids and a would have rated a 10/10 for the price. We also didn't have any closet or no where to put our clothes in the bungalow. It got messy with two kids. With closet space I would have considered a longer stay. This place is a gem that needs a lil touch up.

Stepping out the patio doors into the pool, and the beach was a minute away! Pool was great, the room was spacious. The a/c, wifi and fridge worked well. Beach towels provided.

The beds are a little hard, but not horrible, just ok. The restaurant that overlooks the beach is nice, the staff were very friendly, but the service was very slow and the half broken expresso machine screamed every time they made a coffee, making it deafening in the restaurant. I think they could fix those two things easily and all would be well. They should have a sign from the road that leads you down the unsuspecting path to the hotel. Even with GPS, we had to ask people twice how to get there.

Location on the beach was great! The family villa downstairs was clean and quite nice. Ernesto was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend a massage onsite. You’re relaxing outside in the breeze listening to the waves in the ocean. The beach club restaurant served the most tender perfectly seasoned and cooked steak. All the food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and activities.

If you want an early night in that’s quiet this might not be the place for you. Next door clubs play loud music until late. Didn’t keep us from sleeping but might others.

Arriving by car requires a gps as the property is not really signed well. Once there, the parking was adequate but this was a slow period. You don’t really need a car though, as many restaurants are within easy walking distance as is the town centre. Reception went smoothly and I must recommend Ernesto, who made signing in a pleasant experience. He was especially helpful with my ferry booking to Cozumel and other essential necessities as I had just flown to Cancun that day. All of the employees there made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The room was small and didn’t have a chair to sit on but the AC worked fine and the balcony was a good size. There is no safe for valuables either in the room or at reception, but I felt very safe leaving passport, cards and cash in my backpack in the room while I was out. The beach out front had enough loungers if you started early and was mostly free of sargassum sea weed. Water temp this time of year is quite warm and wet suits are not necessary. Unfortunately the snorkeling is not great as there isn’t any coral close by. The pool area had lots of available chairs,etc. and there is an outside shower. The included breakfast was especially good. Lots of fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee and a large main course. There are two choices, but I only had the omelet which was excellent and very filling. Paula, the waitress, spoke English well, was very efficient and really pleasant.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, but I suppose more demanding customers might find a few things - no place is perfect!

The hotel was simple, clean and basic but with amazing views and right on the beach. The staff in the bar were very friendly and accommodating.

There were a few minor things like the wobbly tap in the bathroom, and the weird stains in the shower and it would have been nice to have a mirror in the hotel room. The night manager spoke very little English which would have been fine (I speak no Spanish) but I arrived late and it was difficult to get any information from him after a long flight. I didn’t see any sun loungers by the pool so I didn’t use it at all, and headed straight to the beach.

It only takes a quick walk by the beach to understand how privileged this place really is... Likely the best location around town with awesome palm trees, coconuts and recliners everywhere! By the way, if you stop by the lounge area, ask for "J. Camacho" and you'll get to experience what a true good vibes service is!!! Great guy indeed...The Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Great parking on site, which is very rare to find! (Streets are tight, so getting a place for your car is a big plus). At this time, some rooms were undergoing remodeling, nonetheless all was really clean, quiet and the ocean view from the balcony was simply amazing. There's a sweet pool on site, massages, restaurant and overall a great atmosphere absolutely compatible with everyone, from solo travelers to larger groups with kiddos. Feel free to find out for yourself. Personally, it's highly recommended ;c)

We didnt eat breakfast, only coffee as there are so many options just a walk away. Clean rooms, its great that they have added shampoos and soap pumps in the rooms. We did have a lovely dinner there, service and food was very good. And having food ordered and delivered to the beach was amazing!

I would REALLY like to have a personal safe in my room. While its fairly safe at this location, I was constantly concerned regarding my travel documents.

Some staff understood little to no English, so when I asked about my included breakfast, they told me NO, I didn't get it. Need some cleanup at the pool area. Need some better chairs at the pool area. The entrance to the whole hotel/beach club needs a cleanup
