Highly Recommend! Excellent location. On the Beach! Very relaxing, very tranquility and absolutely comfortable. Housing towards to beaches and other side street is one step from everything as Jewellery stores, massage, fashion, Grocery’s as supermarket, convenience stores, local markets and variations of restaurants with such delicious meals as morning fresh catch seafood. My room was Excellent, as small House with large room and windows with two entrances facing to beach and margaritas bar there! It was breezy, fresh and clean, A/C new & powerful, beautiful cotton sheets, spacious renovated bathroom with hot water all the time. Appreciate to Great lady she was managing my Cleaning service her name is Lulu! It’s 24/hours pool available,space garden and the beach is on other side one step away. The customer service is Great, Professional and available, security is 24/hour on property, people is wonderful so amazing environment. Good to stay with Children. Thank you,

Such an amazing location right on the beach..was perfect to walk right out and see the sunrise each morning. Lovely airy clean fresh space, comfortable big bed, great bathroom. Swimming pool. Everything was just great.

Location was amazing, we had a beautiful ocean view room and will definitely be back to this place.

Nice direct beach access, fine for 1st night after arrival at Cancun Airport when only a bed is needed and direct beach access is what counts most

Bed was rock hard, room let in all the outside light. Wasn't bad place to stay though.

Ideal stay in the center of Puerto Morelos with excellent access to the beach. The staff was polite and quick to check us in. Room-cleaning was neat and completed every day. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious with good hot water, AC+fan and beds were comfortable - no complaints there. Free spacious parking and within walking distance to the city center and restaurants.

The rooms and facilities have seen better days. Very run-down overall. The towels provided were old and looked dirty. The only reason we used the towels was because we could smell the detergent on it. If you want to look past these things and use the hotel as a room to sleep in while you explore the beach, cenote and activities, book here.

Loved the location and the price was good for four people for a one night stay. Steps to the beach and beachfront restaurants and bars. In a quiet corner. The AC was welcome.

The word to describe this place is "potential". It has so much potential! It looks like it was once a happening spot, but the dining area/food truck area was empty and unused, the pool didn't seem very clean and the poolside chairs have seen better days. The room itself was clean and quiet and what we needed for one night prior to a flight out of Cancun. It's obvious they have put some thought into the decor.

The room decor shows some effort to make it nice. They were flexible with late check in.

The property overall it’s a bit run down. There is no food or drink available. Bedding not exactly clean. It would have been ok for a lower price…

The location is great—a few minutes walk from the center and one minute away from the beach. The room was basic but clean and comfortable enough.

The pool floor is broken so our two kids cut their feet. There was a power cut during the night so the air conditioning went out. We needed to open the windows to get some air in, but one of the windows wouldn't open. I woke up the night guard to help us find a stick, he said yes but went back to bed without helping us. We were left to fend for ourselves. You also need to know that there is a bar in front of the hotel with live music until 11pm so it is pretty noisy until that hour.
