The staff was friendly and helpful. especially barman Antonio and privilege staff Miguel. they helped make the stay as they where as ways friendly and helpful.

not enough sun beds having to get up at seven a clock to try and get a bed. some of the staff in the shop where unhelpful. often cold coffee at breakfast and not enough waiting staff in the Buffett causing long waits for drinks cutlery etc. also the company on site selling COCO Bongo tickets miss sold us tickets. We booked the most expensive seats which I was told would be best for my wife who has mobility problems due to MS and she was treated like a second class citizen and we had to sit in the lower priced section as this was sold in the hotel it is a bad reflection on the hotel as you allow them on site as trusted sellers.

Unfortunately the sargassum/wind made the beach virtually unusable when we were there. Unfortunate, but certainly not a reflection on the resort or staff who were constantly trying to get “Mother Nature” under control! However the pools are wonderful, with a nice variety of kids, quiet, party and adults only. Lots of lounging chairs and access to bars, snack bars and restaurants. The property is extremely well maintained and staff very friendly and efficient. Hats off to the customer service staff (Katia in particular) for wonderful support and assistance well dealing with some “challenging” family issues!

There was limited access to the restaurants, but positively and perhaps subsequently, the “buffets” were very good with lots of variety, good quality and again, great staff!

The hotel facilities were nice, the room was clean. There are a number of restaurants to have meals in. The personal was all very attentive and helpful.

It was extremely hard to find a spot to the pool, all sun beds were covered with towels all day, even when there is no one to use them. Seemed like people just left the towels there in the evening as all was occupied even at 7am. Also the bathroom in the room was open style i.e. no door. So all the smell of cleaning detergents was coming into the room.

The property is great, clean and comfortable with everything you need. The buffet was exceptionally good.

The restaurants we’re not really worth it, required reservation ahead of time and the food was not better than in the buffet.

Restaurant availability was very limited and cumbersome to access.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Ocean Coral & Turquesa. Katia looked after us during our stay, introduced herself to us right at the beginning and was so helpful throughout. We regularly asked her to help us with restaurant bookings and she got us in every time! Katia often messaged to ensure we were pampered and happy; she honestly couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself was beautiful, very well maintained, huge choice of restaurants/bars, and the room was v luxurious. But Katia really made the trip for us!

We've been guests of the hotel in early November 2022, traveling as a 2+3 family. It's a seafront resort, but not all rooms are sea facing. The whole facility is pretty large, but you'll easily manage to walk everywhere within 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (we had a junior deluxe suite for up to 5 people) with a nice balcony, garden view. AC, TV, hairdryer, complementarity soft drinks and beer in the fridge refilled often. Even though the hotel is not new anymore, the rooms are clean and in decent condition. The resort has 4 pools (they include adult only one and one next to the kids village (daisy club)). The pools are clean and nice, there's one pool with a swim up bar, some has water massage beds. The water is cooler than in the see, some pools have colder water than the others. The beach is kept well, with complementary sun beds and sun umbrellas. The water is clean, some see weeds, but the staff is cleaning the sand daily. Both pools and beach has a very nice waiter service, you can order complementary drinks to your sun bed. Being an all-inclusive resort, the object offers a number of bars and restaurants, which serve a variety of really tasty food. You can eat local Mexican as well as international or UK Northern American or Italian dishes. Take some time to study the opening hours for different restaurants, as well as their dress code and booking neccesity. Different restaurants offer different food even for lunch. Try Route66 (which also has night offer until 3AM) for lunch and Sansai for live cooking dinner. Also don't miss Mike's Caffè which serves the best coffee in the

One issue with our room was that the double beds are rather small (smaller than queen bed), so we couldn't sleep too comfortably. The front desk didn't offer any reasonable fix for this and didn't offer any room with larger beds, which is a shame. We struggled with is getting our beach towels, the hotel has always been short of them, which was very disappointing.
