Les suites is even nicer in real life than what you can see on the website, it felt good not being misled by the pictures for once 😅 the room we stayed at was very spacious and cosy. The kitchen even had a blender and a toaster besides the obvious equipment needed for cooking. The bed was massive and one of the comfiest we tried while traveling. There were a mosquito door net, a fan and AC, plus free potable water and coffee at the reception. The facility is very well located with restaurants, markets, bike rentals, laundry and other services around the corner as it is 2 streets away from the main one and just few minutes walking from the bus terminal. However, despite being close to the center you won't be bothered by the parties in town. It only takes a 15/20 minutes bike ride to get to the beach and 2 different Cenotes. The staff was really sweet and helpful and took good care of the place. They offered daily room cleaning service and communication prior the arrival was smooth. Staying here was the perfect way to end our trip, thank you for that!

Excellent location off the main street of Tulum. The rooms were very clean and cool, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook, and the water pressure on our shower was remarkable. The location is nearby a local outdoor sporting complex which was fun to wander around in the evenings. We parked our rental car outside of the location and felt very safe. Liz and Gary were very responsive and helpful. 100% would stay in Les Suites if we visit Tulum again.

We had a room with two twin beds and, at heights 5' 10" and 6', found our feet almost dangling off the bed. The pillows were very flat, but this is not unusual. The studios don't have a sign outside marking their location which made the destination initially hard to find, but the external facade matched the pictures well so we eventually located it.

We had an amazing stay! The room was fantastic! We had a lot of space and it was very beautiful. We also cooked in the kitchen and everything needed was there. The bathroom was also very beautiful and the shower was really great! Outside the room it was very cosy to sit and we also really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The host was very very friendly and give is o lot of usefull tips to explore Tulum and it’s surroundings. The location was also perfect! It was 5 minutes at most from the city center, the ADO bus and collectivo bus. Thank you so much for this amazing stay Gary!

Nice room/apartment, it had everything to cook a meal, even olive oil and salt :) Very clean rooms, the bed was big and comfy, friendly staff that changed us the room on the bottom floor for one on the first floor. I would recommend directly booking a room on the first/second floor to have more privacy and natural light, we booked last minute so we didn't check everything.

Curtains don't cover completely the doors and they are needed since everyone walks in front of your door to get to their room. No bathroom door, that might be a big deal if you are traveling with a friend :D

It's a beautifully decorated hotel. I want to have a moment to appreciate their efforts to design room and common space. Rooms are equipped with all the kitchen items you are gonna need. There was AC and beautifully smelling shampoo and shower gel- a nice touch :) There's a pool you can use

No microwave :c It's not a deal-breaker but I kinda didn't like that bathroom didn't have doors. They don't accept cards- so something maybe someone would like to know

I can highly recommend this place. It was the best accommondation where we stayed in 3 weeks Mexico. you have a lot of space, the bed was really comfortable, kitchen is perfect and also everything is very clean. You have also very good equipment and utilities in the bathroom with high pressure water. Miguel is taking care of the property the whole day and Gary & Liz helped us via WhatsApp with any kind of requests or questions. Thank you a lot for everything 🙏🏼

Room was very spacious, we had the family room with a separate seating area. Kitchen was well equipped, very useful ice tray in the freezer. Location is very central, close to where you can pick up the collectivos. There are quite a few good places to eat nearby ane shops that are open quite late.

It's on a back road which I didn't feel so comfortable walking down as a solo female at night but it never felt like a problem when in a group.

It’s great- the location is spot on and they clean the apartment every day. They even change the bed sheets every other day which is amazing. We loved this place. Thank you Gary and Miguel for making our stay so comfortable.

The pool is small and far away from the sunbathing area.

The room was very clean and the decoration is awesome. The mattress and pillows are confortable. The room is spacious and I would definilety live there for an entire month. The owner texted me a day before my arrival and helped me with all the questions I had. The staff are so kind <3 The location is perfect, not too far from the main street (2 blocks) and not too close (the noise is very disturbing if you are close to the main street). One of the best places I have ever been! I also recommend this place to people who work remotely.

The curtain doesn't cover entirely the sides of the glass door. During the night, if the light from the inside is on, those who are outside can see through the uncover sides. However, you can fix it by yourself, not a big deal.

The top room unit was fabulous, spacious and full of charm and character. The roof top terrace was lovely to sit out on and sip a cold beer under the stars. The pool offered a refreshing dip at days end. Our host Miguel was very helpful and worked tirelessly to make our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend this little oasis in Tulum.
