What a perfect place to stay and unwind. I initial book it for two nights, but I like it so much that I ended up staying another 12 days. The hotel is located in the center and two minutes on foot from ADO bus station. The rooms are very clean, elegantly decorated, great vibes around. The owners Fernan and Fran are so welcoming and always around to help. Rosi is an amazing cook who will feed you with delicious food in the morning. I was super happy at Bau!

We spent a month travelling around Mexico and this was one of our favourite places. Clean, well designed, staff were great and super helpful, breakfast is included and delicious. Room was air conditioned and comfortable, bed was fantastic and the full window wall was very nice. Plunge pool is great. There's quiet hours so you can sleep sound. Location is just far enough from centre to be quiet, but close enough to stroll home from. Compared to the rest of tulum, it's incredible value for money, and would be anywhere in Mexico.

Well… The staff was just amazing and very friendly. They helped us by giving tips on what to do, where to eat, and the best places in town. There’s a bike parking in front, so if you rent a bike, there’s a place to leave it. Also, the rooms and the house have beautiful decoration, and the bed was comfortable and very silent. The AC made all the difference, as it was VERY hot when we stayed in Tulum - it worked just fine and it is quiet, too. The location is great - near good restaurants, bars, stores, and bike rental shops.

The water is kind of salty, but I think it’s just the water in the city, so my hair got a bit drier. Other than this, the shower has no door, so it wets the bathroom floor - it gets slippery easily.

The room and the hotel was very pretty, clean and nice. The staff is super friendly and speaks fluently English. The bed is comfortable and it's nice they have a pool. The common area is really cozy and a nice place to meet other travellers. Very nice you can get water there as a service and the hotel organises fun free things to do for their guests. It's very close to the bike rental, restaurants and ADO station. They have strict rules on noise after a sertain time, which we really appriciated. We wished we could stay longer, the vibe in this hotel was so great! Great value!

The breakfast was very delicious only it was very small. The shower has a low water pressure. We only stayed one night but really wanted to stay longer!!

It’s really well styled, looks really cool. The staff are so friendly, especially Chloe, always checking to see if you need anything and going the extra mile. it’s great value and the breakfasts are interesting, heathy and made and served by such lovely staff too. All in all the cost is a bargain as it’s decorated like it’s high end but it has a friendly hostel vibe. I’m an older traveller but still felt welcome and comfortable. Well done guys

This is a new hotel opened recently and it's really outstanding! Just a couple of blocks from the main street in a very quiet area right besides the sports center in Tulum so great for jogging in the early mornings. Amazing design and great pool with palm trees - great for pics! An oasis of tranquility at the center of Tulum with very good breakfast and a bar.

It looks like they just opened so a few details still in process like they only had one brand of beer at the bar, nothing major though :)

This new place is really good located you can go walking everywhere I stayed in a private room super comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast is really good they do something different every day. I booked for one day and I extended for two more

Top hotel low cost in the centre of Tulum, big rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioner, minimalist style typical of the place, 3 choices of breakfast, small swimming pool, staff super friendly, had a great time there!

There's no cleaning service in the rooms and also the laundry service is missing.

Our new favourite hotel in amazing Tulum 😍 The place is stylish and peaceful, the perfect place to decompress after a day out. The staff were super friendly and took great care of us - not to mention the scrumptious breakfast. We'll definitely be coming back after our next yoga retreat 🙌

Booked last minute to catch a bus early in the morning and have a good rest. Location is just perfect just 2 blocks from the bus station and I was greatly surprised by the place, looks much better than in the pics! Great breakfast too with different options and fast wifi.
