Room is spacious with everything you need; great WiFi and smart TV, clean bathroom with an ok shower and nice toiletries, fridge and cooking facilities, the rooftop pool is small but adequate for the size of the hotel. The hotel is located downtown less than a ten minute walk from the bus station, restaurants and bars. Staff were helpful however they aren't always present so if you need them for something you may not be guaranteed service. We really enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and safe. If you are visiting Tulum for the beaches bare in mind it's about 5k to the beach but you can rent bikes, mopeds and ATVs

Hotel was lovely nothing negative to report. As we went off season and there had just been a storm the beaches weren't great and we were not the biggest fan of downtown Tulum. Neither of these negatives had anything to do with the hotel. It's a beautiful space with all the facilities one requires

Room matched the photos exactly. Super clean, modern feel in the hotel and the room. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and tidy space upon arrival. Included basic kitchen equipment and mini fridge. Strong, consistent wifi. I appreciated the QR code on the wall providing a link to a website with more information about the hotel and amenities (especially since we rarely saw staff onsite). Despite not seeing staff in person, they reached out to us by WhatsApp and email to provide more check-in information and confirm that we checked in alright. They were available for further questions if they came up. Roof top pool and area was lovely, clean, comfortable, and modern. Location was about a 6 minute walk from the ADO bus station, and 2 minute walk from the main road. Super easy to get around and close to multiple small shops and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly there wasn't much that we didn't like. Two small notes: (1) a chef knife would be helpful for kitchen supplies; (2) the TV kept disconnecting from wifi.

Very conveniently located close to the main street and city centre with all the bars, restaurants, shops etc. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There’s someone there for you at all times. Free coffee at the ground floor in the morning. Great assortment of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body cream) in regular-sized containers, so no need to buy them upon arrival. Big room with air conditioning and well-equipped kitchen. Supermarket is nearby. Nice rooftop swimming pool with terrace and facilities such as toilets and showers. Possibility to rent bikes.

It felt like a couple of things were missing in the room that would have made the difference: body shower gel (not present even in a small container), clothing rack to put wet towels and swimsuits, hair dryer is mentioned in the reservation but wasn’t present in the room, you need to ask at the reception to get it. A few things could have been cleaner in the bathroom, and the bedsheets were clean and smelled fresh but felt worn out and had some stains.

Large room, big comfy bed, lots of pillows, huge TV with Netflix but no TV stations, steady hot shower, good location and safe area, rooftop is peaceful, free coffee and tea. Overall good value but I wouldn't pay any more than 50 a night. Think we had a deal because of low occupancy but it's not worth anymore than this.

Building is a good decade old so it's polished concrete made to look fancy. It could do with lick of paint... Kitchen facilities weren't great, needed a few more bits and pieces. Ask for a room on the second or third floor because it's actually quite noisy from traffic nearby and the big glass doors are cheap and thin.

Clean and nice room. They used compostable garbage bags! Good start!

No recycling of plastics. Change free coffee to large bottle of filtered water for refill like other hotels. A lot more practical for guests, environment and cheaper for hotel. No lights working in pool area. Very dangerous. 4 bottles of soap and only 2 worked. Rarely anyone at front desk to assist and no information for travellers. Tv in room is useless with no local stations.

I felt pretty comfortable all the time. Peaceful and quite place.

The design of the hotel and rooms was really nice. The location was in the downtown/central area of Tulum. So not beachfront but, even though it was a 10-15 min scooter ride to the beach. But being central is also quite convenient to visit cenotes and try more budget friendly restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped and has excellent wifi.

The wardrobe was inside the toilet, which means theres a lot of humidity. I didnt use it a lot but still its location was kind of odd. The water was a tad salty and you can tell from the above normal amount of suds.

conveniently located and a very good overall vibe. Mr Adrian ( I think that’s his name, if it’s not I do apologize) was very helpful and informative. To be honest, it was his kindness and patience that made that hotel into ‘the right choice’

It wasn’t that bad but I believe the condensation from ac duct that runs into the bathroom ceiling has caused the Sheetrock to get consistently wet and stained and every so often a single drop of water falls in front of the sink. Not the worst thing in the world but it’s a little annoying to be brushing your teeth and a cold drop of water hits your back; simple and immediate solution is to stand 30-60cm to your right or left.

-Location: Especially for someone who prefers to be close to the center (local restaurants, bars, stores) instead of the "resort" area (beach hotels and clubs) -The staff: they were extremely friendly and helpful -The room and hotel decor (also the rooftop)

The outside noises. The walls are thin and you can hear almost everything, specially the dogs barking.

The hotel offers enjoyable amenities you may need for your stay in Tulum such as fully equiped kitchenette, open Netlix account and pool. The location of the hotel is close to vibrant center of the town and delicious restaurants. Hotel staff communicated well before and during our stay and helped us to arrange transportation from Cancún airport to Tulum and back. We'd recommend this hotel to the future guests!
