The landscaping of the courtyard is very relaxing even with bold color scheme. We liked sitting there even during the hot day because the high walls provide great shade. We didn't have time to swim in the pool but pool is great option for cooling off. The bedroom and hotel common areas were neat and clean. The bedrooms were spacious. Pillow and mattress were comfortable. The mini fridge is handy for keeping water. We stayed here for two non-consecutive nights. The second night, our room was on the ground floor and the shower water pressure was great! The best water pressure we have had in Mexico. I would recommend this hotel based on water pressure alone. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. On a rainy night, the receptionist offered to lend us an umbrella. There is free coffee in the reception in the morning. The hotel is located 7 minutes walk from parque principal and ADO bus station. There are restaurants nearby as well. I read reviews about poor wifi connection but I had no issues with the wifi speed and connection. I mainly use it for searching and watching YouTube. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Valladolid.

1. great location 2. free parking if notified beforehand 3. nice room

1. the power went off and on multiple times during the night and I’m pretty sure this was the hotel’s way to turn off all the ACs 2. the shower was confusing to use 3. the pool was unusable and dirty

Everything was perfect, we were on a roadtrip around Yucatan and this was the best hotel we stayed in! We arrived around 1pm and our room was already available. The staff is super kind. The pool area is lovely and we had it all for ourseleves. The room was really big (big bed as well), bathroom is modern and everything was clean. There's a mini fridge, safe and AC available in the room. Parking space just in front of the hotel, 5-10 minutes walk to the center, but a lot of restaurants and cafés are closer than that. I highly recommend it for your stay in Valladolid.

Walls and windows are quite thin so you can easily hear the noise from the common areas, for us it was OK because it seemed like not all the rooms were taken. No water bottle / water fountain in the hotel.

Comfortable and big beds, good airco. The staff was very helpful even though they spoke very little English and we spoke very little Spanish. We made it do. Good location, the restaurant next door has very good food! You could park a car or scooter in front of the hotel for free.

Wifi was very slow: sending pictures didn't even work that well. However, if you're on vacation it's good enough for googling activities etc. For work I wouldn't recommend.

This is a great budget hotel within walking distance of the everything in the city center. Rooms are simple but clean and I was only in the room to sleep so it didn't matter to me. The mini fridge in each room is useful to have some cool drinks handy to beat the Valladolid heat. I did not swim in the pool in the courtyard but it was very clean and pretty. There is a nice cafe down the street for breakfast named Casa Natural.

great value and well kept. very nice staff. convenient to central plaza (about 500m or 1500ft) there are 2 small convenience stores within 500ft. restaurant next to it has excellent food and good prices (cash only). great location to explore Valladolid on foot and plenty of taxis if needed. Also great location for an early trip to chichen-itza (30-40 min) before the buses from cancun arrive!

it is exactly as described

I liked the pool area. It feels very serene and well appointed. A nice place to sit. The pool is small but so is the hotel. Although i didn't swim, a saw guests enjoying their swim. Located 10 minute walk from ADO station and parque principal. The receptionist was polite and helpful. There are restaurants and convenience stores a short walk from the hotel.

Shower water pressure but this applies to most of Mexico

Cute and charming little hotel that is centrally located and walking distance from the main part of town and the ADO bus station. The room was comfortable with a/c. The pool areas was refreshing after a long hot day.

There was no blanket in the room, so not sure if that's to discourage guests from sleeping with a/c on. Other guests were pretty noisy right outside in the corridor after 11pm and were not asked to quiet down.

Super friendly receptionist (young guy) but also the others were nice, Pool had good atmosphere esp. In evening, Clean room, Parking

The room was clean in general but if the management wants to go to some "proper level", i would focus on details e.g. in bathroom ceiling had some stains from the water, water battery could use some detailed maintenance (water "stones around), etc. But nothing that would be terrible.

Very nice and calm hotel, with a lovely little interior court and a tiny pool which is ideal for a splash after a day exploring! The staff were really nice and when we asked for some extra stuff (like hairdryer and such) they were happy to provide us with it. Also, less than 10 mins to the center of Valladolid, and also very close to the central ADO (local bus) station.

Some minor details, such as that our towels were a bit damaged or that the room was a bit dusty, but nothing that really stuck out in a negative way.
