Excellent location near to the main square, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (the lady on reception on Sunday evening managed to have our laundry turned around in one evening rather than next day - she went above and beyond without even asking!) Room is comfortable and the free coffee/tea and water refill station is very needed and appreciated and makes this place very competitive with others. Pool area looked nice but we did not get a chance to use it. Shower was good pressure - rainfall shower head.

Lock/main door felt a little flimsy and the bathroom door lock could also use a little fix as well. No blankets in the room so would have appreciated that when the Aircon drops a little low!

The hotel is small, quiet, and clean. The rooms are a good size, specifically the room at the end with the poolside patio. The location is PERFECT! one block back from Centro, so quiet but close to everything. Great coffee shop/restaurant around the corner offering vegan options. Walking distance to everything. Check-in is easy and the staff is friendly. A free secured parking lot is available in another (but close) location, but on both my stays I just parked on the street in front of the hotel and the car was safe and fine. *Dogs welcome!

This may be minor to some, but lighting is very important to me and although the rooms have windows, the lightbulbs they use are fluorescent white LED. It was difficult for me to feel comfortable or relaxed (I'm a soft yellow-lighting kinda gal). Minor detail but an easy fix. However, that's the only complaint I have about this very fair-priced hotel.

They were having work done on the garden and roof, right above our head. Even though they communicated this to us beforehand (which I think is really nice), the noise was too much in our room to properly relax. After communicating this to the receptionist, we were immediately moved to a different room without any troubles and the rest of our stay was perfect

Our stay here was absolutely excellent! The location near the center of Valladolid was perfect, the rooms and common areas were immaculately clean, and they had free drinking water, coffee, and tea available all day. They also had free bread and jam out each morning for breakfast. The pool and courtyard areas were peaceful and surrounded by greenery, with all kinds of bird calls hears in the morning and throughout the day. The WiFi was also great and they also provided free soap and shampoo bars - the shampoo bars worked incredibly well and I was really grateful to see they weren’t using wasteful single-use plastic bottles for the provided toiletries. The only minor complaint that we had was our room was just a tad humid. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

- A parking area was provided at a nearby location, with extra cost - It was more a hostel with double rooms, but worth the money - They provided team cofee and jam for free in the shared kitchen

- The room was a bit small - They door locking system was a bit odd - The window was facing a hallway and everyone going further was passing by

The person at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient with our limited Spanish-speaking skills. He gave us advice for parking the car and for where to eat dinner. We rented two rooms, which were adjacent (we didn't even have to ask). They were clean and one was especially spacious, with a semi-private patio near the pool. Free toast and coffee in the morning was appreciated. Beautiful entryway. Safe location, 3 minute walk to the main square. We spent very little time at the hotel and did not get to enjoy the pool. The price was extremely reasonable. We highly recommend the whole town of Valladolid as well.

The bathrooms were small but totally adequate. The rain shower did not have much pressure but was pleasant. Our whole family showered one after the other, so we were not surprised when the last person had a somewhat colder shower. For the price, location, atmosphere, friendly staff, we considered that a minor trade-off.

Pedro who staffed the front desk most of the time was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was nice after walking around in the busy city. Little common breakfast area providing toast and tea. Quiet rooms. Provided safe-guarded parking. 5 minute walk from food market, chocolate museum, craft Market, central square, restaurants.

Not much - the room was relatively simple but I'd say it was very good value for money.

It’s very well located and the staff was super kind and helpful. The room itself was clean, spacious and equipped with all relevant amenities. Would definitely recommend. Water and Coffee are available all day long and for free.

The only two things that we missed were a hairdryer and hot water for showering.

- We heard the roosters in the morning but didn’t bother us because we were up early anyway - You could see into most rooms as you walked by them but ours was the end of the corridor (room 5) and you couldn’t see in

The room was small but comfortable with everything we needed. They also offer coffee, tea and water all day long in am small tea kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool which was a welcoming refreshment during a hot day.
