The hotel is very well located, in a beautiful building. it has a nice atrium with a swimming pool and garden. It also has a very convenient parking. Our room was big and comfortable

Time for new towels! Impossible to call reception using the phone in the room Seems better to order breakfast on site, rather than to take a room with breakfast included The staff in restaurant and front desk do their job, but there is no hospitality culture For some reason, juice, coffee and tea is included in the breakfast, but water is extra Given all the strengths, little is needed to turn this place into a real gem.

Beautiful colonial building (an old school I heard from a taxidriver) nice pool in the middle which We used for a day. Completly new when We booked it so there was no reviews. great price and superexcellent bathrooms.

This place has great potential. i would have really liked some information about the hotel, the story behind. Noone of the staff spoke english. We got looked out on the balcony but luckily We stayed on groundfloor (othervise We would still be there since there was no people and our room faced a wall) Breakfast was the best We had in Mexico.

The staff were fantastic and the room was quiet for the center of town for a good night's sleep. It was a good location to be able to go and see everything of interest . It felt like a good value and the place was very clean and well kept. We stayed there on 2 consecutive weekends because we liked it so much.

The 1st weekend we stayed in an executive suite which had a bigger bathroom and room. On the 2nd weekend we took a double room without a microwave and a smaller bathroom. I like the big room as it felt more posh. So I would definitely recommend getting the bigger room with the better amenities

Location was excellent, right by the central square. An oasis in a noisy and busy town. Communal areas pleasant and tranquil. Pool small but clean and used by many, plenty of seating around. Nice bar, attentive staff. Big restaurant area but no one seemed to be using it. Breakfast very little choice, not the best, coffee tasteless and lukewarm. Close to restaurants and local supermarket/shops. The car parking is easy once you find the entrance. The satnav takes you to front of the property, take the road just before C37, parking entrance on right. Not many spaces.

It’s rated as 5* but it doesn’t quite match. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast poor selection, cold coffee, poor quality

we had one of the newer rooms with 2 double beds small balcony it was really nice The location of this hotel was excellent easy walking to main park and restaurants The pool was a nice relaxing place after day trips we didn’t eat here but had a couple of night caps at the bar which was nice staff at the bar were nice and good fun I liked this hotel and would recommend staying here I would stay here again and would recommend getting the newer rooms

our room was one of the newer ones but for the 5 nights we were there we had no hot water it was Luke warm at the best The reception staff need to be more friendly explain about pool towels etc and it wasn’t until I was checking out that I discovered they provided maps etc

The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were large, comfortable, clean, the pool was refreshing, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. We added an extra night without issue, and left our suitcases for a few hours in storage after check out. I enjoyed a breakfast in the restaurant and we also had a few happy hour beers at the pool. Everyone working there was so nice. We loved our stay and will be sure to stay again on our next trip. also- the glass elevator was fun!

there was only 1 chair in the room- it would be nice to have 2 chairs, but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is located right in the center of Valladolid. The rooms are located in the inner courtyard, so you don't hear the noise of the street. Room decoration very nice.

Air conditioning was incredibly loud. There was no parking close-by available, so I had to park on a parking place of the hotel in 10 min. walking distance. That sucked. Breakfast was tasty, but very bad organized: you need to order with a waiter (There was only 1 waiter for 30 people) and then need to wait 30 min. for your Breakfast. I don't understand why in Mexico most hotels don't offer buffets, which would be much more efficient and guest friendly.

Great spot in Valladolid. We had a quiet room that faced the inner courtyard, but if you had one facing the street I am guessing it would be loud. We were able to park in their lot which was helpful. The staff was wonderful and overall we had a great experience. It is a good value for the money, if you want something instagram worth or "fancy" this isn't it. But it is comfortable and centrally located. We would definitely stay here again.

Room could have been a little cleaner - toothpaste smudges on the counter. Not a big deal, but a little off-putting.

Location was steps to the city square with endless options for food and drinks. Cenote Zaci was just a 9 minute walk, unfortunately it was closed for renovation during out visit. Plenty to reach within walking of this hotel. Room was very clean and as advertised. AC and in room safe were exceptional. Shower was clean and hot! Easily the best stay and value during our visit to Mexico. Book this place while the price stays low as the value can not be beat!

Balcony opened up to the parking lot as opposed to the courtyard, which is typically pictured on the website. Aside from this, we had no issues with our stay. We absolutely loved this hotel and the ability to walk everywhere from the doorstep!
