It is a lovely family-run hotel. We were welcomed by all of them. We loved the way they reconstructed their ground floor spaces and turned them into very nice and pretty luxurious rooms. We felt that "family touch" in every single part of the room. You can park your car in a private yard right next to your room. We felt very secure and didn't have any problems at all. It is close to Valladolid old town center. We used it mostly for our stay to Ek Balam and the cenotes trip the next day.

Everything worked well, no issues at all. I just remember that initially, I had some feeling I had some issues localizing it on Google Maps, but it is a precise position, do not worry, it is well marked on the street, and you won't miss it. The town is pretty small in the center.

if anyone is slightly noisy everyone can hear, couple having some “alone time” very noisy but then came out and told us to quiet down when speaking to other guests.

Don Jacinto is so clean and relaxing. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Next time I'm in Valladolid,.I'm at Don Jacinto. Best sleep I've had in a long time

I love the cleanliness, the comfortable beds and the lovely staff.

Just one night, the neighbors had a party and the music was too loud, but the experience with the hotel was perfect!

Not much......it's an economical option so I'm not complaining.

clean room with good ac and even a Netflix compatible TV too. The location was closed and safe , they also offer a free tour around the city by bicycle on the evening 👌

This hotel has only been opened for a few weeks, so they are still kinda getting organized, but the daughter of the owner is working reception and is super nice and helpful. I had a few issues with the room, but they were immediately (and enthusiastically) solved as soon as I said something. I'm sure as time goes on, they will get some issues ironed out and it will be a great hotel. It is certainly in a great location!

They clearly have spent money on technology (flat screen TVs in each room and a security system) but maybe need to improve on some basic, more important, things. For example, there is no hot water for the showers and also no toilet seats and no chairs for guests inside the room or outside. Also, the garden area is full of garbage (maybe it belongs to the neighbors? In which case a fence would be a good addition). Like I mentioned before though, it's a brand new hotel and hotels take a little time to get organized. I own 2 small hotels and our first couple of months were rough, so I remember how hard it is. Hopefully they get things ironed out quickly because the location is good and I think it will eventually do well!
