Very simple but comfortable room, people at the reception were friendly and helpful. Great shower - often in Mexico the water pressure is very weak and no hot water, this was perfect. :) However we only stayed one night so we mostly used the bed and shower. They have parking which is great if you rent a car. If not, it’s super close to the bus station.

This is just a detail but our room had no wardrobe for clothes. It wasn’t a problem for us as we only stayed one night but it might be more difficult if you want to stay longer.

This place is absolutely amazing. Conveniently located just 200 meters from the ADO bus terminal, about 7 min walk to the city center and at the same time it’s in a very quiet location. The patio with the pool is awesome, it’s a nice little oasis in the midday heat or after a whole day out in the evening. The rooms are spacious and look much better in reality than on the photos. Very simply but tastefully designed with traditional tiles, very clean, water pressure in the shower is really good and the shared kitchen is really well equipped and maintained. The staff was very friendly. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to Valladolid. You get and Incredible value for the price you pay.

We liked the big bathroom and the comfortable bed. There is a little shared kitchen and a big fridge. If you come with your own car, there are three spots belonging to the hotel, but they are almost always occupied, so you have to park in the streets.

Unfortunately the wifi was absolutely useless and the walls in the rooms should be painted again. They say on booking to have a hairdryer which is not the case, neither in the room nor in the reception.

one email was sent at 2pm threatening my room will be canceled if i do not reply my check in time by 6 pm. despite i paid in full during my booking and room was confirmed by email last month. i was traveling and didnt have internet connection to check my emal every moment. this kind of sudden room cancelation threat made me concern for the moment but we immergency called on phone to keep our room booking as soon as we read that email around 8 pm.

Outdoor area and pool are gorgeous and relaxing. You can hear the waterfall all around. clean rooms and common kitchen area. beds are comfortable

The town of Valladolid has some cute well maintained areas. Casa Bamboo is kind of on the outskirts of those areas though it’s not far and definitely in walking distance. The bamboo faucet in our bathroom was a cute idea but not terribly functional. But we had another room with a normal functioning faucet. So I’m not sure if that’s something that is in the process of changing

It was a great one night stay before driving to chichen itzá. It’s not luxury but for the price, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well and it was quiet overnight.

the hotel was clean and close to the center, also the bus stop ADO is 1 block away. rooms were big and spacious, the toilet is also pretty big. the staff is helpful and friendly. the swimming pool is small but really nice area of the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Always someone at reception (we arrived at 1am and we could check in thanks to a very friendly woman!). Possibility to use the facilities even after check out. Walking distance from bus station.

Nothing really; we thought everything was great!! To say something, pool has only 4 hammocks which was a small number given the number of guests.

Nice little property in a good location for exploring Valladolid and surrounds. Rooms are simple but spacious. There's a communal kitchen area with basic cooking facilities. Parking is available across the street (though there are limited spots). Gorgeous little balcony and pool area.

Wifi was very slow. TV didn't really work.
