lovely looking apartments, good wifi and airco. the hotel has a restaurant for breakfast, but is also open for lunch and dinner. Can come in very handy in case of late arrival or when you are too tired to go anywhere after a day of chichen itza!

Location is a little off, especially since it was not a cheap stay. We also feel that that the hotel should provide a watertank/tap and a glass carafe instead of all the little plastic bottles. It is a lot of plastic waste and you will need to go to the store anyway for more water.. as it is HOT in Valladolid (do not let dehydration ruin your vacation ;))

Diverse breakfast choice (perhaps the best we had during our stay in Mexico). We recommend the hot cacao cakes and avocado toast! Nice and spacious rooms with daily cleaning. They also offer laundry service which is good. A bit further away from the city centre but most of the important things can be reached within 10 mins by foot (ADO bus, taxi colectivo, food&drink places). Friendly staff.

Poor wifi connection in our room (but good in the reception&bar area so we just went there). DO NOT rent their bicycles. Not that they are only extremely uncomfortable, one of them also broke down during our visit to a nearby cenote and we had to walk back home for c.1h30min (they did not charge us though because of this incident). Staff is nice but sometimes feels like too friendly, perhaps also slightly fake nice.

the bed - we booked ‘deluxe full bed’ room which explicitly said there’s a full bed, but it was more of a single tween bed, I actually measured it. we asked for a full bed but they just replied we can add it for additional charge. the bed also has a wired mattress guard that is uncomfortable. cleaning - they didn’t clean the room in one of the days we stayed the Pool - there a nice little pool but it didn’t looked like the pumps were working so it’s basically standing water. however, the day we left we noticed someone is cleaning the pool, I guess when it’s low season it’s a waste of energy to keep the pumps running

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Valladolid. The people working at the reception were very welcoming and helpful with recommandations. The place was nice and calm although close to the city center. The room was nicely decorated and well equiped. Also, you can't beat the price: very affordable for a very good service. They let us leave our luggage at the front desk before checking in and after checking out so we could go and visit places without having our luggage in the car which could have been stolen. The day we checked out, we had to leave early to go to chichen itza and they arranged a sandwich + coffee to go so we wouldn't spend too long at the breakfast buffet and they also let us leave our luggage at the front desk and come back much later !!!! This was really appreciated.

Rooms were big, furnished really nicely and very clean. It's a about 5-10 walk to the centre, which is really pretty and not overrun by tourists yet. There are a lot of parks! You can park in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. There's also a fridge in the room and a small 24h supermarket (OXXO) across the street.

Pool was mainly in the shade, so we didn't use it. Staff barely spoke English, which is usually fine but we had some questions about the property / payment / area and no one could help us. The breakfast that was included wasn't that good.

The staff was very nice. I really liked our room…the tiles on the floor were gorgeous. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was good but not great.

I didn’t like the parking set up. It was almost the same as street parking and without any security. They have a large entry area and could designate more area for secure parking. The pool area was very uninspiring compared to the rooms. Very bla and no color. Sun chairs were covered by a roof…just add more vibrance, art, plants. Pet fee was a bit expensive. $15 per dog per day (we had 2 chihuahuas so it added up)

A lovely hotel, about 15 minutes walk from the town centre, less to the popular Av. de los Frailes. Our room was a little on the small side, but perfectly ok for a shorter stay (we spent 3 nights). The pool was nice and everything was immaculately clean.

Housekeeping only showed up to clean the rooms between 3-4 pm. The breakfast was extremely sparse, almost not worth having it (we had the coffee, fruit and tiny pancakes as "pre-breakfast" and then set out to a café for a real one). Sometimes, design prevailed over function, as other reviewers have noted. More comfy chairs near the pool/deck would entice guests to actually use those areas.

We loved the location. Everything was spotless. Immediately replied to our request for a few items. Pool was a fabulous retreat. We’re able to let dogs out on the courtyard area. Very helpful for us. Also loved having a secure spot for our vehicle. We were able to keep stuff in it and feeling safe.

the only thing was the fitted bed sheet did not fit properly and it was a struggle to keep it in place.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Location was ok but about 15 to 20 mins walk to main square and pavements uneven & narrow in places so maybe a problem to some people.

Bar wasn’t open one night as located outside and it rained. Bit disappointing could not get night cap. Hot water turned on from 7am till 12md & 7pm till 12mn. Thought the evening one a bit late coming on would be better 4 or 5pm especially if going out early for evening.

Great location that's within walking distance of the center Garden, Mercado, shops and Cenote Zaci. The hotel offers various tours that will take you to the historic sites and Cenotes. My favorite thing was the hammock in the room. I would lounge in the hammock each afternoon to read or take a nap.

The wifi was weak in some area.
