Outside space and swimming pool, excellent Spacious and comfortable room Food, quality and good variety

Low quality of the drinks in the bars Gym only opens between 10:00/12:00 and 16:00/18:00 In the swimming pool appeared a drunk guy with a portable speaker and started to listen his music very loud, something that I never imagined that could happen, unfortunately the staff didn't do nothing. Support before our arrival, I asked about the possibility of book a transfer, insisted, and no answer at all

The food available was great and of good quality. It doesn't get repetitive unless you eat like an elephant everyday. Krystal restaurant is the one to book,.All restaurants are part of the free meals so there's no extra cost. Just have to book when you get there. It gets busy so do it as soon as you arrive. The staff are really engaging. Adding a small 10dhs tip goes a long way. I left daily 10dha tips for the cleaner, the guy who stocked my fridge and also to the person who gives you a table at mealtime in the buffet restaurant and it definitely resulted in top notch service. That's my top tip for the hotel. The bar was heaving in the evening as it's free drinks but it made for a good atmosphere. Third floor rooms are the best as it's the same level as the reception, restaurants and entry exit.

The lack of sun beds. It was really busy at the hotel. Trying to find an empty haystack was impossible to the extent I didn't even bother with the hotel pool. Other guests are way too inconsiderate and just hog them. A lot of the guests don't treat the staff very nicely so I realized that a smile and a nice word goes down well. They do take care of you if you treat staff with respect. The orange taxis directly outside the hotel will try to not use the meter and will not take you unless you pay the "tourist rate" which is 30/40dhs. Not alot for tourists but still not right - not the fault of the hotel but worth knowing.

Very beautiful property overlooking the ocean. The surrounding area is clean and safe for strolls along the beach. The hotel and facilities were great. The staff and service here are excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets are high quality. The all-inclusive was great as we were traveling together with many families and it allowed everyone to eat at their leisure. The atmosphere is super relaxed and friendly.

We had a little bit of a weird experience at the Spa. Keep in mind that the Hammam is mixed-gender and they didn't tell us until we were in there, so if you want privacy this isn't the place... The shower in the rooms are really high up in a raised bathtub and the lighting is really dark. It makes it feel a little bit dangerous getting in and out of the shower.

Fantastic hotel with several pools, located right on the beach – what's not to love? I wouldn't typically book an all-inclusive hotel but my partner and I were flying out from Agadir after two weeks of adventuring across Morocco and needed some relaxation time. Riu Palace Tikida offered the perfect retreat to mark the end of our trip. Food was varied and delicious, the rooms (and, importantly, shower pressure) were excellent, and the activities were great too – although we stayed for just two nights, we were able to take part in morning yoga and aquafit sessions, play a game of petanque, and even enjoy a live guitarist and singer on one evening. There's also a gym and art classes, which is a nice touch (though it didn't appear as though many people were using it...)

We could have been almost anywhere in the world. If you're hoping to experience authentic Moroccan culture, you won't find it here.

Great atmosphere, super animations, very friendly staff, especially animators, waiters at the bars and hotel photographers who did a great job :) (although disappointing staff at the reception - they looked tired and even annoyed at tourists, never smiled which needs attention as this is the first contact of the hotel with guests, so I suggest improvement, because it affects the whole assessment of the stay), beautiful, comfortable swimming pool, very large, comfortable rooms, thorough cleaning of rooms every day, chilled drinks always in the fridge, excellent food, varied, nicely served, several different restaurants, also very elegant restaurants with dishes ordered from a card, fantastic location right by a beautiful, large beach and a long, pleasant promenade, wonderful sunsets visible from the hotel, wonderful walks along the beach as soon as you leave the hotel, great starting point for excursions (e.g. quad bikes) - a must see for tourists - it was a pity to leave, we will definitely return to this particular hotel. The RIU hotel chain was recommended to me by my sister, she was right, very good standard - I highly recommend it!

Staff at the reception need attention - they looked tired and even annoyed at tourists, never smiled, however this is the first contact of the hotel with guests, so I suggest improvement in this aspect, because it affects the whole assessment of the stay in your great hotel.

The beach is sensational. Beautiful sand and water. The pool was excellent. The food options at the buffets were brilliant. The al a carte was booked out but in the end preferred to have the buffets. Lots of vegetarian options too. This was really top notch

Couple of small things to fix. The staff looked poorly managed. Some knew what they were doing and others didn't. Examples like getting a table and being told to find one despite them all being covered in plates etc. Usually the staff suggest a table for you to sit on. Cutlery was another issue. I don't know why they can't be left out for people to take themselves (it is a buffet). Instead you have to ask for cutlery and wait a while. Also almost zero teaspoons. And plates would run out quick. Basic stuff that if they got right would be much better.

Nice all-inclusive hotel with a beautiful design. It is excellent for people there who enjoy relaxing next to the pool.

The airy lobby, high ceilings, tasteful decor lent a calm, spacious feeling to the hotel even though we visited during the busy season. The staff were mostly courteous and friendly, particularly the younger personnel involved with the poolside activities. The food was plentiful and varied, and was continually restocked. Beach access was at one end of the pool area, making it super accessible.

There was a horrible, musty smell in our room right from the moment we checked in until we left. I'm not sure if it was from the air-conditioning unit, or the pipes, but it really made sleeping difficult in what was otherwise a comfortable, well facilitated room. We considered asking for other rooms, but when we read the reviews post check-in other guests had similar experiences and upon being moved, discovered the new rooms displayed the same issue

Beautiful hotel with amazing scenery and views. The grounds were stunning and pool area amazing. We particularly really enjoyed the swim up bar in the adult pool. Really relaxing and a perfect romantic hotel for couples. The the all inclusive food was also great, the breakfast in particular was really impressive and lunch (snack bar) had a great selection. Overall a really enjoyable stay would highly recommend 😊

Rooms could have been a bit cleaner on arrival, however our cleaner during the week, she was really lovely and very professional. Room service every morning for us was anything between 9/9.30am which was a little early for us to have to vacay the room every morning (just our preference.) Couldn’t rate anything else negative the rooms were lovely and we had an amazing time. Will certainly be recommending to friends/family.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in Agadir in January/February. The staff is excellent whether it's the reception, restaurants, pool area or wherever you find them. They're friendly, helpful and happy. The swimming pool area is very nice, we never had trouble finding sunbeds and one of the pools is heated which is a nice touch when the temperature isn't scorching. The food is very good and they change it up so it's not always exactly the same variety. The entertainment is ok. I liked the live music in the bar, which was almost every night. The shows are not the most professional but usually entertaining. We went to about three or four. We used the gym which has almost everything you need except maybe heavier weights on the barbell and a few things if you're an avid gym goer as I am. You can also manage to run 5-10 K on the boulevard between the hotel and the beach. You can have all sorts of outings from the hotel. There are people selling what this part of Morocco has to offer out on the beach boulevard, in small kiosks or you can also find a clerk from a travel agency in the hotel lobby. So all in all there is no need to leave the hotel if you're there to relax, it has a comfortable feeling and you never want for anything and everywhere you go you are met with a smile.

The room, we had at least, isn't up to par with the luxury feel of the hotel. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, the blinds didn't close all the way, it was just dated. We were once met with a very rude waiter at breakfast as we somehow managed to get in the middle of some argument between two waiters. And when we addressed it she didn't change her manners. So for the rest of the trip we avoided her area. And if you're going to serve cocktails at a nice hotel like this don't use syrups. There is plenty of fresh produce in Morocco to make excellent fresh virgin or no virgin cocktails.
