very nice and helpful staff. both the reception staff, the restaurant staff and the gentleman who greeted us every day with traditional tea - the children liked him very much. Very good breakfasts, freshly squeezed juice, a large selection of bread, pancakes, scrambled eggs to order, cheese, cold cuts, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, crossainty, and other sweet delicacies. the staff cleaned the rooms every day - even our clothes were folded.

the only downside is : unfortunately, there is a restaurant/club next to the hotel where loud music is played several times a week and you can hear it in the room. Fortunately, only until 2:00

Nice location - few minutes from the promenade and the beach. Spacious rooms with huge balcony. Staff in every part of the hotel was very friendly and helpful, especially many thanks to Yussra from restaurant, and to Hussein who took really nice care of the terrace and pool area, making sure we have all we need when relaxing outside and by the pool. Breakfast was very good, in form of buffet offering many tasty (sweet and salty) choices.

The rooms could use some refresh - some furniture and equipment seemed very used - old fridge, stains on bathroom tiles, balcony door cannot be locked, etc., but taking in count the price it was fine.

I chose this hotel based on reviews of the staff. As a female travelling on her own I was quite apprehensive, all my preconceptions were dispelled. Hamza treated me like I was family, he went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was comfortable safe. Abdul Rahman was also another person who was full of laughter and again so respectful. Ayesha who cleaned all the rooms was so kind and lovely.

The hotel decor is dated. It needs love and attention, small things like new shower curtains, the one in my bathroom although clean was full of stains. The little rugs by the bed again clean but all they needed was needed washing or better still replaced.

Mainly the staff and location: the staff was very friendly and helpful, and very considering of my son's disability. The location was very convenient for us who wanted to stay by the beach, as it was less than a 5 minute walk from there.

The way the building looks, as it feels depressing due to how dark it was. Rooms lacked basic facilities hotels usually provide, like an iron, coffee-maker and water bottles in its fridge, and the furniture that were in the rooms was old and worn out, making it harder to stay there. All of these things together make the payer feel like the room was not worth the expensive price the hotel asks for.

today I came home and my heart was left in Agadir. wonderful people, wonderful place, this is my place on earth. and a fantastic hotel with great people: Hamza, Rashida, Youssef… .. People with a beautiful heart.

Fantastic location close to beach and restaurants across the road. Super sized apartment and great water flow in shower. Staff friendly, kind and attentive especially Saadia ( who greeted me every day to clean the room) Aisha (who helped me move room) and Yusef (who booked trips and helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs). The staff left me feeling so welcome and looked after my needs as a single traveller. Excellent breakfast buffet and freshly squeezed orange every morning, wonderful olive oil too. More authentic Moroccan experience here in terms of architecture and away from tourist hotspots.

In short EVERYTHING 😊 the staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly, professional, nothing was an issue with them, outstanding service and went above and beyond for myself and my wife. The facilities were fantastic, the food was amazing, the bar was outstanding and the prices were below competitive levels which is a very rare occurrence these days. The locality to beach and restaurants, shops was all within a couple minutes walk, the main road outside the hotel was continually serviced by taxi service. All tours which were amazing were arranged flawlessly by hotel reception staff and they were amazing. A special shout out to Insaff, Youseff, Hamza, Abdullatif, Houria, Sayed and Larsson and all their colleagues who were absolutely amazing. We are already in the process of returning as we cannot even consider choosing another hotel, outstanding in every way. Highly recommended 👌✅

Nothing bad to say at all.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I have to give a special shoutout to the receptionist, Hamza, who was truly amazing. He was always at our disposal, even when he wasn't at work or on his days off. His dedication to his job and the guests is truly commendable, and he definitely deserves a promotion.Big love for Hamza <3!

We do have a couple of minor criticisms. The interior of the room was a bit outdated and in need of renovation. While the room was clean and comfortable, it could use some modernization to bring it up to date, but for the price is ok. Additionally, the music from the restaurant part of the hotel was quite loud during the night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. It would be great if the hotel could consider toning down the volume during the late hours to ensure that all guests have a peaceful night's rest.

- 5 min walk o the beach and some restaurants - big rooms - comfortable bed, sofa, fridge, small desk, etc. - the receptionists are very helpful if you have any questions, they also printed our boarding passes, they speak both French and English - very good coffee for breakfast, good variety of choice for breakfast (both international and Moroccan food) - quiet area, no great noises while sleeping - wifi worked well - they were asking every day if you need cleaning and new towels - free parking in front of the hotel - situated in new district of Agadir - in general it's a good hotel, but not luxurious as the photos may suggest

- only one pool - outside, even though they provide info on their side that there is only one - the bathroom details could have been cleaned better (between the tiles, the changing room/showers for swimming pool etc.), but in general it was clean (toilet, sheets). - the ham served for breakfast was not eatable - the hotel restaurant is rather expensive, but you can check the menu yourself - the standard looks not exactly like on the photos (the furniure and colours of the room are the same but I mean quality), in some places this hotel looks very luxurious - reception, but in details in the room it seems the run out of time/money to finish it properly (e.g. doors painting is a disaster, some holes in walls left), it's acceptable, but with the special price only.

The location was decent enough, it was amongst the main strip of Agadir. Hotel was nice and simple and the staff were amazing from receptionists to cleaners. Shout out to my brother Hamza!!! He was great with us even though on occasions our large group of 10+ could be frustrating sometimes.

Breakfast options could have been better, there were some broken furniture in the rooms and mould in the bathroom ceiling as well as needing to flush 5+ times to clear the toilet.
