First of all, hotel was booked just few days before trip. Reading reviews made by others, whole picture of expectations was made. I didn’t make high expectations on internet/wifi as this is on different level in Morocco than in our country and it helped. As stay was including new year day, hotel was full. Initially, given room was on first floor with following change to floor number 4. Apartments on floor number 4 were excellent for Morocco. Staff is on top level including reception, cleaning, restaurant. Breakfast was stated on reviews made by others as simple and similar for all days. I can say, that breakfast value for money is good. If you’re looking for lobsters and Prosecco during breakfast, you will be upset. If you’re happy with good coffee and Moroccan tea with fresh fruit, boiled eggs and sandwiches, yoghurts or cornflakes with milk-you will appreciate breakfast quality. Hotel staff gave a contacts to local guides for tours-quality and price is excellent. Hotel location is only 10 min from beach, 5 min from good restaurants and mini markets, Victoria drink store is 280m away. Taxi to big market will cost 2 eur. In general-we had superior vacation in Morocco.

Unfinished building in vicinity of the hotel, which affects views from some rooms, but not impacts safety or anything else. It is also out of hotel control to finish buildings in the vicinity.

Nice breakfast. From one side nice view. The ocean was close, about 15-20min walk. Restaurants and shops were close.

The shower didn’t have curtains, so the water went everywhere.

Location is really good, not too much busy traffic noise, walkable distance to main road for lunch/dinner and walkable distance to the beach. Room had a good view, room service and always someone at the desk to answer question. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Pool could be heated so that it can used when not out and about.

We loved everything about the apartment, spaceous went 6 of us and we were all accomodated. Staff are very approachable espeially the receptionist Muhammad. The pool area was lovely, kids enjoyed. Not far from the beach. We will defo come back to Rofaidah

Modern and clean.

It's a very noisy hotel. We could hear everything from a very noisy family above us. The lobby is very noisy, and so you can hear everything, and you may be woken up in the middle of the night by the noise.

Spacy apartment, kind staff.

We were 5, we came late, but in the apartment there was only a king size bed set up for sleeping. We had to ask for bed sheets, and we did not know that there is a box with pillows and blankets. But the staff did make the effort to help out. I am curious why don't they do a bit of preparations before customers arrive. Also, as in rest of Agadir, we had a construction site right in front of the building.

It was a nice surprise due to 8.1 score. Very big rooms, apartment, huge balcony. All that you need in the kitchen, not that we cooked there, but, is a nice feature. Comfortable beds, clean linings. 2 TV's, nice one. Breakfast was just OK, taking in account that is was a low occupancy when we stayed, the service could be a lot better... Overall we were delighted to spend couple of nights here. The rooms would be nicer it the guests didn't trew on walls with champagne, juice or whatever, if they would not smoke on the sofas, and so on. If you want a hotel to be cheap, nice and clean, keep it clean. I don't think that the owners by themselves ruined the rooms on purpose just to get bad score. It's frustrating to have hotel rooms destroyed by others, just for fun, or even the lack of common sense, and to pay exactly the same amount of money as them.

-some ants had their way in the room. -no English channel on tv. -some tlc over here and there. -maybe a second door on showers. Water everywhere when you shower....

15 minute walk to beach. Cheap pub nearby about 300m. ( Rear of the Flat Hotel, has seperate entrance) Choice of shops 4 minute walk away. Taxi to souk about €1.50

Room towels were well worn. Toilet fan ran 24/7 We did say it to reception but no resolution.

Room 504 is a great big family room, clean and comfortable. The area is filled with nice restaurants and bars. Quite a walk to the beach, not a very nice walk but doable. Nice swimming pool with enough beds

direct area is still under construction, noise in room 504 from the lift, sounds like someone is moving tables

The accomodation was lovely, shower was amazing. Pool was lovely. Bed comfortable.

My only problem is it was so far away from everything like shops or the beach. Major building going on in this area so will probably be more developed in a relatively short time.
