The sea view room is the one, breath taking.

Pools are not heated so they are literally ice cold! Not usable at all during weather below 30 degrees. Too many guest and only 2/3 working lifts, lifts are old and take too long and small. Average wait time approx 7-12 mins everytime you want to go to your room. The queue for breakfast for an egg.. good luck. Waited 30 mins for an egg and by the time I waited in the other lines to get other stuff, food got cold and legs will be tired of waiting. Too many guest, and too little resources.

Central location and superb balcony views. luxurious interiors. helpful front door staff

One of the staff was akward and not good The pools and jacuzzi was vey cold no heating o strongly suggest it thats a possibility that you do it as many other guests at the hotel were talking about going elsewhere next time because the pool was not heated

my room was pretty good, but the hotel over all has a tired feel to it. The lifts are awful.

Great size apartment for a large family (2adults 4 children) 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.. Lovely large living area with a dining table and mini kitchen. We got the perfect spot on the ground floor no stairs right opposite hotel. Clean room and daily room service from friendly house staff very welcoming. Pool area was quiet with sunbeds as it was cold due to winter season although was able to have a small dip in the pool. Brilliant buffet breakfast with eggs, mesimen, polony cheese, yogurts, breads croissants, cereals and a range of condiments and drinks. Was able to get this as room service at an extra charge when my husband and 2 children were still fast asleep as breakfast time finishes at 10am. Brilliant blackout curtains could've slept all day! Beach literally less than 10 minute walk away. Friendly and helpful staff

Could do with heated pool. No kids club- out of season-they should consider doing this during school holidays, as although moroccan winter it was still very warm.

One of the older hotels in Agadir, very well located on a hill in the old town center, close to the beach. Very nice view from most rooms. Those who give bad reviews are very spoiled people, not feeing well in unknown areas. Rooms are roomy, if the is no fridge, ask for one! If something else does not work, ask for help and you will get it quickly. Nice pool area with a large lawn. Extremely good breakfast and very nice staff. Guarded (free) parking area just outside the hotel.

WiFi is poor in some rooms (most rooms). Cold water in the pools. Cigarette smoke in the bar.

Nice hotel with modern decor, spacious room with fridge and tea/coffee maker, great views of the beach, beach approximately 5-10 mins walk from hotel.

No gluten-free options for breakfast and no opportunity to order in advance. The outdoor pools were very cold including the outdoor sauna. For comparison, we stayed in another hotel in Agadir which had a small warm pool which was perfect for a quick dip after a swim in their cold pool. We waited approx 20 minutes for a taxi to the airport in the morning when we were told the taxi would arrive within 5 minutes.

I had mainly city with a bit of a side sea view. I appreciated being on the 8th floor and in a quiet room Staff were lovely, though breakfast choice was not as wide as my previous hotel in Agadir, it was adequate. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach; I can certainly see myself returning there for the calm I needed. . Thankfully there were no discos and loud music when I was there in December. I would recommend this hotel for single travellers and couples without children for its calm.

The easiest access to the beach involves climbing quite a few stairs or a detour to avoid them.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. LOCATION WAS SUPERB. THE ROOM SIZE AND APARTMENT WERE GOOD SIZE WITH BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW, HAVING TWO PRIVATE BALCONIES. ROOM CLEANER WAS GOOD AND FRIENDLY. SHE CLEAN THE ROOM DAILY AND SOMETIMES WASHES OUR DISHES ON OUR REQUEST.

THE POOL WATER WAS ICE FREEZING. YOU NEED TO DEPOSIT 100 MAD TO GET A TOWEL FOR SWIMMING NEVER SEE IN OTHER HOTELS. GRILL STANDARD WAS VERY POOR IN THE AFTERNOON. THE MIX GRILL TASTE WAS NOT GOOD AND EXTREMELY OILY. FRENCH FRIES WERE SUPER OILY AND THE OIL USED WAS EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. NO DISHWASHING LIQUID AND WASHING SPONGE WERE THERE TO WASH THE DISHES. TV CABLE CHANNELS WERE VERY LIMITED AND PICTURE QUALITY WAS SUPER BAD. NO FRY-PAN. NO WELCOME TEA AND COFFEE AVAILABLE. HOT WATER KETTLE WAS SO SCALLY AND DIRTY, NEED TO BE DESCALE AND CLEAN. NO TEA MUGS WERE AVAILABLE, VERY SMALL CUPS WERE THERE.

We had a beautiful sea and mountain view. It was quiet. The room was spotless, and the young lady cleaned it daily. They served delicious breakfasts and dinners with fabulous sunrise and sunset views on the loggia and terrace. The waiters and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had access to the beach with deckchairs and sun umbrellas included in our price. The hotel has perfect localization.

All was good.
