Professional well serviced and beach-near located Holiday Hotel. Good reasonably priced little restaurant, separately charged. Extra engaged kitchen and service. Hotel staff very professional, attentative and friendly. Security Guard very comitted, super friendly and forthcoming. beach nearby 5minutes walk not too far from shops and city central (though the central and marina is a long walk away). motorcycle parking for 1-4 bikes is arrangeable on site and well guarded.

Upon arrival they offered us an upgrade from a standard to a superior apartment which had an amazing pool and beach view. The staff was really nice and helpful, whatever we needed (like extra towels etc) they provided and quickly. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they even washed the dishes. The rooms were spacious, the couch in the living room was huge and the bed in the bedroom was big enough to fit my husband and I and our toddler comfortably. There was always warm water. The pool was cleaned every evening. There is an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi just for women. Overall we were really happy with our stay and we would return.

The pictures I guess they were taken in the best apartment they have with decorations. The facilities were a bit old to be honest, they need some maintenance, like the bedroom closets and the bathroom. Also the dinning table had unstable legs. We didn't have carpets and air-conditioning in the living room (like the pictures). Also, the lights were missing lampshades or chandeliers. It looked unfinished. The bathroom was a bit old and cold looking, no trash can and no cupboard to put our things in. They must be renovating probably. The indoor pool is not heated (nor is the outdoor pool but that's fine in the summer).

Breakfast is not buffet but from a set menu however and can be mixed upon request. Plenty of choices for all - we had 2 excursions booked early in the morning and the staff catered for our requirements happily upon our request with a smile. All the staff from the reception, pool, kitchen, cleaning, security areas were phenomenal and would go out of their way to assist. I could go and name some but it wouldn't justify the rest.. overall fantastic stay, good quiet location and 5 mins from the beach.

Nothing much just a note to self with 7 members in the family it would've made it easier with 2 bathrooms. Also please note you will charged a small fee for City taxes upon checkin/checkout

When me and my family first arrived the girls at the reception was really nice and polite and they even recommended a nice seafood restaurant as it was our first time in Agadir which was called (Mister Fish). They moved us into a two bedroom as they saw it was four of us and that we only booked a one bedroom with 2 couches just for a one night stay it just was soo sweet of them. The hotel was not only clean but was comfortable. It was a 5min walk from the beach I would definitely come back if I visit Agadir again.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment....The apartment itself was big, size wise. The cleaners were very helpful and polite. The reception staffs and the security guard were very attentive to our needs. The restaurant was a very good value and food was great too.

When the weather gets too hot outside, our bedroom gets too hot too. There was only 1 air conditioning in our apartment and it was in our living area and there was non in our bedrooms and it was very hot. If you open the bedroom doors, flies get in and they are really annoying when you try to have a good sleep. There was no microwave also.

Very good hotel , very nice and helpful staff, near to beach. The restaurant is good with the same price as other shops but cash only !!

The WiFi is bad and not working most of the time . The swimming pool is not heated and the indoor swimming pool for women only ???!! Even in winter ??!!

The staff were very helpful and the location is a short walk from the beach. It is good to be able to cook in the apartment and the wife was ok. I could walk (20 mins) or drive (5 mins)easily to the Marjane hypermarket for groceries when needed.

A little noisy at night due to single glazing and the smell of cooking/cooking fat was quite prominent throughout the hallways and room on some nights. Rooms might be better without the brown rugs as they seemed a bit dusty and worn.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.. Missed our flight to had to reduce our stay, which wasn't working when we tried on booking.com. The staff rung me to give me some advice on how I can amend by calling booking.com and when doing so the issue was resolved in minutes. The hotel did not need to provide this extra support but they went out of their way. Our stay from start to finish was excellent and the staff were always so accommodating - no request was too much! We arrived just before midnight and realised we needed tea sugar milk etc and the staff offered to go to go to the supermarket on the bike for us and get us what we needed. The next morning we needed to exchange our money so we could pay for the hotel taxes and they found us a taxi to take us and bring us back at a very good price and on the way back the driver even stopped for us to do another shop for food and drinks to stock our fridge. This is definitely the place to go when you have children, especially children with special needs - my boy had multiple meltdowns and the staff never made me feel like it was an issue. The first was during breakfast and they offered to deliver everything we ordered to the room which was so much better for us as we could manage our child's needs better this way. I needed to exchange my currency on the first day of arrival and the hotel staff. The restaurant staff were also exceptional and the prices were very very reasonable. There was a young lady at the restaurant- I didn't take her name - but she was amazing! She made us all feel so welcome- she was often called to translate so we were lucky enough to meet her a few times. I wish we hadn't missed our flight and had the extra time we had planned as I definitely would have wanted to get some gifts for the staff to thank them for their generosity and hospitality. Food was always good and freshly made and very very reasonable priced at the hotel restaurant.

The pools were both cold but I had taken wetsuits for the kids which helped. Also would have been nice to have some water slides at the hotel.
