Beautiful hotel, everything exactly as in the photos. delicious food, great location. The hotel is clean and well-kept, although it is obvious that it is not very new. Lots of nice corners where you can relax and drink coffee. Comfortable beds. Nice, discreet service.

No glasses for drinks during breakfast and lunch. I don't like drinking wine from a plastic cup. Bars could have desserts with coffee. Coffee for breakfast tasteless. No cake forks or small ice cream spoons.

Excellent location right on the beach, fantastic facilities including huge outdoor pools, a great gym, an indoor pool, a spa, and really nice restaurants. The rooms are really nice, wi fi connection is good, water is provided daily, and cleaning service really good! The food is delicious with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and offered throughout the day - you definitely won’t go hungry! What really impressed us however was the staff - everybody was so friendly and helpful, especially with our one-year-old boy. We didn’t have one bad interaction and everybody made us feel at home. Animation team were also great - special thanks to Anwar, Ibrahim and the team for the great entertainment. Also a shout out to Mustapha in the gym for being so helpful and friendly.

Would maybe recommend some more baby items - e.g. plastic plates, etc. - that would be a great perk. We went in early November and temperature was around 25 deg. For me the pool temperature was fine but can understand why some people would want a heated pool.

The Hotel is very spacious, a lot of open areas which is amazing. The pool is beautiful with the rocky look as well as the area near the pool (bars and so on). If you choose a room with a view you will not be disappointed since the pool & sea view is amazing at the sunset. The areas are Wheelchair prepared, with a beautiful lake in the middle. You can see some ducks and frogs! The beach is just in front on the hotel (public beach) and you can do a nice walk to the marina, where you can see other hotels, restaurants, sales persons and so on. The room is modern and well decorated. Beds are comfy and it has a nice desk and sofa. The balcony has also a good space to enjoy the sun. The closets were big. In general the room environment was really nice. In terms of food - this hotel has a main buffet (very organized) and 2 thematic restaurants (really good). In general the food is good (don't expect the continental food that you are used to), not with a lot of variety but good in general! The safety of the hotel is also a good point here - they control very well who is entering which make it very good for families with kids. The staff in general is very friendly - English speaking - and very organized and professional (with the exception with the lady on the hotel's store, she could be more friendly). Animation team is always doing something for the kids, sports, and so on. Reception staff also fine, they provided us a room sooner than the check in hourly, which help us after so many hours of traveling.

The indoor pool is not heated at all (what's the point then of having an indoor spa pool?) sometimes the weather is cold and would be nice if you can actually use the indoor pool, but this was not the case Some things in the hotel need maintenance (covid times, maybe?) we changed rooms because the AC was not working properly, the balcony door was also closing poorly, a few furniture is also in a bad shape. Don't expect a strong wifi connection - in some areas the wifi is not good (pool area) Cleaning was not perfect - we notice some balconys were not 100% clean (once again, covid times may be hard on these kind of hotels) as well as the outdoor pool (it could be cleaner at the rocks)

Beautiful beachfront hotel, great food, friendly staff and an amazing animation team. Ume and Hamza from kids club were great!

Not a lot to say. Heated Outdoor pools and a kettle in the room would have been a bonus.

Spacious room with a very nice sea view. Good facilities and very good staff, smiling, helpful and professional. Direct access to an outstanding beach. Perfect for a relaxing stay.

Although there was a good variety of food, but it was lacking good taste. Unfortunate for a country known for its cuisine.

Location by the beach with lovely gardens. Large room with balcony - you can hear the sea. Good quality food with alcohol included in the deal. Attentive staff. Some music entertainment each eve which was needed as nothing much outside the hotel. would go again

Bathroom and pool towels need replacing - very thin. A soap dispenser on the shower but no other toiletries as you would expect in a 4 star hotel - other reviews flagged that so I took my own.

I loved the Different options of restaurants so we always had a choice. Also alot of pools so wasn't crowded. Good pool side entertainment. Good selection of drinks for all inclusive. Right on the beach. Beautiful spacious room.

I arrived early and requested an early check-in they told me no but wait around and they'll email me when it's ready. We waited for so many hours finally 2:50pm i went up and asked if it was ready she laughed and said it was ready all along. Also they gave me the wrong keys for my room so i had to do the long walk twice to get it sorted with no apologies

Entertainment for kids was fantastic. Location right on the beach. Extremely attentif staff that made the experience so much better.

Room stank at first. Like a space closed for longer period of time - would be great to air it out before guests arrive. Shower dubious.. water couldn’t go full power otherwise it wouldn’t go down. But they did clean daily including toilets. No mini fridge … have stayed in other all inclusive places where they give a variety of drinks.. check out by 11 and you could not have a late meal before leaving, that was annoying especially with small kids.

The staff are great, very warm and friendly. Facilities and activities are excellent, the gym and aqua aerobics was very good and there was always something to do. Unlike other people, we didn't find the food repetitive although we were only there for 4 days. Pina coladas were very nice! A lot of different places to lounge and relax.

Late checkout when available is €60 but if it isn't available, they charge €100 just to keep the all inclusive wristband. Some food was a little bland. A lot of lounge chairs reserved with towels but not used for the full day. No kettle in room, a €20 deposit needed to get one. Poor toiletries in the room, only shower gel on the wall.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay at this hotel in October! The room was huge and it was cleaned daily. We were also supplied with fresh shower towels and towels for the pool each day. My girlfriend is coeliac so we were a bit worried about the food before arriving. Hoever, the staff were so helpful and would show her around every meal time to point out what was and wasn't gluten free! They also offered to make her gluten free pasta and pizza at lunch and dinner, and bread and pancakes at breakfast time! The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available all around the different pools. There was also a private area on the beach which had more chairs. The pool staff were also very helpful in moving chairs and umbrellas for us if we needed. All of the staff were amazing, especially Ali (in one of the bars), Khadir (the DJ), Yassine (our favourite waiter), and all of the animation team! They all made sure we were well looked after and entertained throughout our stay. The show put on by the animation team each night was always very good, and we used to follow that up by heading into the karaoke bar for the rest of the evening. The karaoke bar was always good fun, and Khadir made sure to sing a few songs when nobody else would! We could definitely see ourselves coming back here in the future!
