the location of this hotel is truly exceptional. It's situated perfectly between the beach and the city center, making it a great place to stay for those who want to experience the best of both worlds. The hotel itself is also quite clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. While the noise levels can be a bit high at times, the strong and reliable wifi connection more than makes up for it. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to answer any questions or concerns that we had.

However, there were a few issues that prevented me from giving this hotel a perfect score. Firstly, the included breakfast left a lot to be desired, as it did not come with water and the options were quite limited. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of paint in the room, which made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the space. Lastly, the curtains were not able to fully block out the light coming from outside, which made it difficult to sleep in or take a nap during the day. Despite these minor issues, I still believe that this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reasonably priced and conveniently located place to stay.

We liked absolutely everything and I'm really honest. Starting with welcoming staff including the guy who is opening the door finishing with accommodation and cleanliness. Even we could choose what size of room we would like and we ended up in a very spacious room with a living room and kitchenette, a huge bathroom and a balcony with a nice view. Very comfortable bed, maybe a bit hard for someone, but we loved it. Good variety of breakfast, I read some of the other's reviews saying that is all the same every day. That's true, but for 1 person were many things you could pick from. So you could mixed and have something different every morning. Well if you were able to eat it all (but I'm sure no one can) it can be boring 🤣 we've been the for 6 night and never been bored with breakfast. Very good location for shopping, restaurants and a beach (walk distance). One advice, if you are brave enough to do so rent a bike to visit more and reach everywhere It's very cheap, we had it for 1 day and then decided to take 1 more.

The hotel it's a bit outdated but still very clean.

Friendly staff, clean place in a handy location right between the beach resorts and the city centre. Hotel and room was very clean, breakfast is excellent. Other meals at the restaurant also very good quality and large portions. Room was spacious with plenty of wardrobes and enough kitchen equipment to make simple meals. The construction noise was not an issue for us, we were on 7th floor with view of the site on one side and the beachfront hotels on the other. Excellent value for money. It's on one of the nicer roads in town, within a short walk from plenty of affordable restaurants, bakeries, fast food outlets and the Uniprix supermarket. Speaking of bakeries, Anice is amazing and the smell of sweet almonds from the balcony in the morning was lovely. Unless you're really after a beachfront resort, this is a great option. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

The only minor thing was that the shower water pressure was a bit low. Still workable though. Sink was fine and other rooms may be ok. It was on 7th floor though and water is an issue in the area so maybe it's good not to waste it.

Central location, not too far from beach or supermarket.

Need to pay extra for the fruits at breakfast, this is mean. Fruits should be included in prepaid breakfast rate.

We loved this hotel, spacious rooms with distant views of the sea/port. The included breakfast was fantastic and the service from all of the staff was really great. Central position close to everything, 10-15 minutes walk to the fantastic beach, and a bakery/cafe on the ground floor also very handy. Minimal noise from the construction next door so all good.

We had a few problems with the air con/heating for the first few days, but these were sorted out pretty quickly.

Apartments are spacious, clean with all the basic's one needs, useful tidy kitchen area, great for making a little meal or snack. Value for money standard breakfast, 5 types of bread rolls, Omlette, butter, strawberry jam, yoghurt, fresh orange jiuce and tea or coffe, great value for money. On a 5 day stay I did ask if I could have frieds eggs sunny side up and even scrambled just as a change from the Omlette, they was more than happy to oblige. I feel I must mention Susie, reception staff. Kind, helpful and considerate. Provides that little extra to make one's stay special.

Had to ask twice, 10 minutes apart for a second coffee, twice I was told it would be extra, twice I agreed. After 20 minutes I gave up and left without my much desired second coffee. I didn't bother asking again, I returned to my room and made my own!

I was received with a friendly and warm welcome, the check-in was pleasant. The room is spacious and i liked that you can make a cup of tea in the room if you want. There is also a table, which is good if you need to do some work or have a meal. It was clean. Good breakfast, it's a set breakfast (not a buffet) but more than enough. It's convenient that there is an on-site restaurant (and bakery) where there are decent dinner options. Location is allright, not super close to the seafront but definitely walking distance. All together, good value and i felt safe.

At this moment there is construction going on next door, this gave some noise during the day (my room and balcony were facing that side). It did not really affect my stay in a negative way though. The balcony did not have chairs or table but you can take a chair from the inside. Furniture is a bit outdated.

Brilliant value for money. Spacious room with lovely view of Agadir Oufella. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food for a set option.

The bed was quite hard. At the time there was a lot of construction but we were already aware thanks to other reviews - we had no issues with noise. The kitchen wasn’t entirely fitted out and it seemed that the couplers hadn’t been cleaned but as we didn’t use the kitchen this didn’t bother us.

We stayed only one night before heading to Marrakech by bus and wanted to get a glimpse of Agadir. For that, this was the perfect location. A 20-minute walk down to the beach and plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets around. The staff was outstanding, I was not expecting such an amazing service. The room was ok, it could use a bit of renovating but there were no problems.

I would’ve loved the option to have Moroccan breakfast included with the booking instead of a continental one. Also having a breakfast menu would be nice as we were a little confused when the waitress asked what we wanted for breakfast without any options shown. And the previous reviews mentioning the noise from the construction site next door: it was completely ok, nothing major and they stopped working around 8pm. The nearby hotel having an entertainer was louder but still managed to sleep well

I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past 10 years and the staff is the best you can ever deal with. Your room gets clean every day with fresh towels.. the breakfast is continental and tastes very nice. The decor is a bit out of date, but for the but for the price you pay, it is okay. I would recommend them to update the kitchen area in the rooms and also have a smart TV.

I’m looking much to say about this property negatively. But a smart TV would be very very beneficial.
