The building is very worn out, but its a magical place for those of you who love interesting and original architecture in a not so ordinary place. I wouldn’t recommend it to those of you who are looking for a standard hotel with all modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and willing to do all that is in their possibilities to make your stay comfortable.

View from my bedroom

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your front desk staff during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude was extremely rude, which left both my partner and me regretting our decision to stay. Despite booking separate rooms, the receptionist's unprofessional behavior and lack of communication significantly affected our experience. His interaction with my partner, in particular, was unpleasant and disrespectful, which is unacceptable. It felt as though there was some bias, as he displayed a rude attitude towards us, even though my partner speaks fluent English and we made a simple request for rooms close to each other. If it hadn't been so late, we would have left the hotel. I highly recommend you consider hiring staff who are trained to handle guests with courtesy and professionalism. This would ensure that future customers do not face similar discomfort. We sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve your services.
