Location was amazing. Staff was very friendly. It was recently renovated.

Bed had a hole in the middle. Room was too small for the price paid. No elevators and you need to go up to 3 floors on Dutch stairs with your luggage.

our room was spacious but the bed was not comfortable- it had a big dip or valley in the middle. the bathroom was really nice.

the stairs were small and hard to do down. the carpet in the hallways had stains all over, kind of noisy at night

the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The day before my wife and I were coming over for our honeymoon our original hotel had cancelled our reservation. so I booked this one quickly. I can say they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were given a room upgrade, a card, lovely decorations in the room and chocolates. The staff were always so helpful with anything we needed and all went out of their way to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be centrally located in Amsterdam. I’d just like to thank all the staff for everything you did for my wife and I. We wholeheartedly appreciate our stay with you.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to various areas in the city without being loud and in the middle of it. The staff was also very nice and helpful with anything we needed.

While this didn't affect us, there is no elevator so bringing luggage up the stairs could be very difficult. Our room also didn't have a fan, so when we showered everything seemed a little wet.

If you are bringing big luggage be aware that there are no elevators but only stairs, it was not really a problem for us.

The hotel is centrally located and the location is great. Less than 5 mins walk for the closest tram stop. The hotel is about 15 mins via tram to Centraal or about 30 mins walk. You are very close to a lot of attractions. Lots of cafe's & restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, clean, and a good size for 2 people. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were very clean and the location was great as it was quite close to the city and everything around. The bed and the bedding were spotless. The bathroom had all the necessary supplies.

There wasn't a lot of wardrobe space to keep our items. Nor was there a dressing area. We had to make a table space to keep toiletries.

Was very comfortable, close to the town strip. The men at reception were great and friendly

Could hear other guests in the communal areas and walking around as I guess the building is old. Could do with a deeper clean in certain areas of the room and hard to reach areas such as under the bed and next to bedside table

Great location, easy to walk around city, tram stop to Central Station nearby, 24 Hr reception, friendly staff, nice big room, good strength shower

Only gripe is that bed was two single beds together to make a double. Wasn't a true double mattress.

Everything was great, the room was comfy and well decorated. The bathroom was big enough for two. The staff was also very kind to us, we managed to let out luggage a 8am before the check in and we left it also at our check out. I would definitely come back to this place if I do come back to Amsterdam.. Thanks
